One of them being that Lister technically did kill Rimmer’s brother Howard. In Trojan when Simulant Crawford holds them all hostage and threatens to shoot if anyone moves, Lister jumps to answer the phone, so she shoots, and Howard jumps in the way to save Rimmer and dies…yall
