We sure are being spoiled today! Not only do we have the release of TIGER & BUNNY 2 but for the first time in 11 years, we now have confirmation of all the heroes’ birthday dates, which were revealed over on the TIGER & BUNNY website!
NOTE - for the sake of avoiding spoilers, I will update this post again in about a week or so to include another date. Should you decide to find out this mystery birthday that I haven’t included at this time, I would highly recommend watching at least the first episode of season 2 before checking, otherwise you will potentially spoil it for yourselves.

Series’ character designer, Masakazu Katsura, is exhibiting 40 years of his work that he has contributed to the manga and anime industry, which will include TIGER & BUNNY 2 art. Art boards and clear files are being sold as merchandise at the venue, which feature key frame art that Katsura contributed to the “kaleido proud fiesta” opening song of TIGER & BUNNY 2.
Katsura answered questions regarding TIGER & BUNNY’s production, specifically mentioning about designing the hero, Wild Tiger, which took 6 months. He recalls his persistence: “It took a long time to create the character, but I was still anxious about it. I thought, "This is it, but I don’t know if it’s good or bad…” Looking back on his feelings at the time, he said, “It was wonderful when I saw it in action. I was happy with it.”
TIGER & BUNNY 2 is collaborating with Japanese convenience store chain LAWSON, for some exclusive Kotetsu, Barnaby, Karina and Ryan themed merchandise including stickers, clear files, alcohol flavoured beverages like a Wild Melon Daiquiri and a Handsome Strawberry Royale and much more!
