I requested PTO for tomorrow to have an extended long weekend over the holiday because I have some serious spring cleaning to catch up on but what I really want to do is go #swim Unfortunately my local pool is closed until next year for renovations and it’s questionable whether or not my shoulders and right hip can handle #swimming after how sore I still am from the Intermediate Tuesday hip hop dance class.

Stoked to share that I just received my @speedousa Limited Edition Signature #Goggles I got both the @ryan_f_murphy & the @kathleenbaker2 #pink Speed Socket 2.0 Mirrored Goggles. I wish I could’ve gotten all 4 but I had to control myself. I at least had to be all #GOBEARS about it. Plus the Dressel goggles sold out in minutes so it wasn’t available by the time I Iogged on to Speedo’s website. I of course had to get another #Vanquisher because I actually need new goggles and we all know the signature goggles are gonna be tucked away as collector items, never to be used. This is my 3rd Vanquisher & I’m excited to use them!

@theebillyporter followed me last week and I freaked out! This mans acting literally brought me to tears watching him on @poseonfx ! He’s a legend and I was just so incredibly honored. Since I finally finished watching the finale of @poseonfx (which was so fabulous, can’t wait for season 2!) I’m so thankful for @mrrpmurphy ‘s @ahsfx for giving us representation through the incredible talent that is @angelicaross (third slide) while Angelica Ross is trans, she plays a character who’s gender is irrelevant and who also happens to be half alien. While I could make many analogies here, I love seeing a trans person play a sci-fi character who’s probably assumed to be cis (not trans) by the general public. While her character could be trans, it doesn’t matter; that’s not part of the plot. I want to see more trans talent in all genres playing all kinds of characters not just characters who’s trans identities are the struggle/ plot of the story.
