The girls are gossipingggg (finished ver) Ohtessa is just happy to not be the only old fuck in the room. Its so hard these days to find someone to gossip with about ancient history, even if Serana wasn’t conscious for most of it.
I changed Serana’s ‘cyrodiil is the seat of an empire??’ line to actually make more sense lol because the only time cyrodiil is not at least nominally an empire is a 400 year period in the first era, and I feel like at that point, it would be less 'cyrodiil is the seat of an empire?’ And more 'wait the empire is back?’
unpopular opinion: i’m glad that you can’t marry serana. i like that she is just a friend. if you got to marry her after finishing her quest, it would have felt like she was a trophy. a reward instead of a real person. i’m glad that a strong female character is there to just be her own person and not a romance option for the main character. and just because a woman is nice to you and you did something for her, that doesn’t mean that she has to date you.
