Unsure where to start with rewards for your little? All littles vary and you should always ask, but here’s a starting point:

- Extra playtime

- Later bedtime than usual

- Sweet treat

- Activity of their choice

- A new toy, coloring book, etc

Pacifier Tip #2

If you buy an adult pacifier and love the shield but don’t love the nipple, don’t fret!! You can pop the button of the pacifier off, giving you access to the nipple. You can buy a different nipple to replace it with!!

Daddy/mommy/caregiver new to caregiving? Tell them what you like/don’t like (punishments, rules, rewards, etc) and try to let them see you little. This will help them learn to care for you.

Long distance caregiver? Make a time every day if time allows to video call. Let them color with you, play with you, etc over the call. Have them send you reminders to complete tasks and send photos as proof. Just because they’re far away doesn’t mean they can’t take care of you
