Hey everyone!! Here it is (at last): the shipping update and schedule!
As announced, we started shipping earlier this week, the first batch of preorders shipped on Tuesday 6th! We will ship in priority all the preorders outside of the EU, we expect to be done with that on Thursday of this week.
Next will be the preorders within the EU, with domestic shipping to France coming last on the list, to make sure everyone receive their zine around the same time!
Every parcel has a tracking number that will be communicated to you in an email from us, so keep an eye out for that :)

Leftover Sales
And this now brings us to talk about leftover sales! We have decided to wait a bit before opening sales again, to make sure everyone gets their copies safely first and foremost and to finish up any extras (missing products, returned and/or missing packages etc.) first. With that said, we will be sure to announce the exact date of the leftover sales once everything is finished (however, an estimated date would be around March) and we know for sure everyone’s packages reached them safely :> Thank you for your continued understanding! We would also like to put up digital copies for sale, for anyone who wants the zine, but doesn’t want to wait for/doesn’t want physical copies. However, we’ve been having problems with PayPal, as you all know already, and thus that reason is complicating this. Hello everyone!
Today,February 15th, marks the day that applications started last year, it is also the day when this project officially started. We were working behind the scenes to make sure everything goes smoothly months ahead of February 15th, but after preorders ended, we still managed to run into plenty of delays. However, we are glad to have managed to get this zine as far as we did, even if it did take us a lot longer than we thought it would. We hope that you all are happy with the quality we have provided and fought for! And that the waiting was worth it. We would like to thank all of our helpers and contributors once again for all of their hard and wonderful work, without you guys none of this would’ve been possible. You guys are great and amazing people to work with and we are extremely grateful to have had this chance to work with you.
We would also like to thank our dear customers, without whom this zine wouldn’t have gotten the support it needed to flourish. Thank you so much for trusting us and keeping your belief in us until the end. We hope that the updates we have given have kept you all from worrying, you more than deserve to know everything that is happening. Thank you for your support, your patience and your understanding. Words truly cannot describe how grateful we are to all of you. Thank you so, SO much for sticking with us this long and we honestly hope that your zines have found their ways safely to everyone.

Today, we would like to give you an update as of where we stand now: we are finishing shipping contributor copies as well as those whose countries are finally available for us to ship to.Unfortunately,Australia is still unavailable for us. Sadly, we neither know when it will be again nor the reasons why it’s unavailable. You can read the full list of available countries here[link].
As for the reopening of our store for leftover sales, we are sorry to announce that we won’t be able to open it in what’s left of 2020, since we want to make sure the last copies arrive safely at their destinations. Having said this, we hope to be able to re-open it during the first trimester of 2021. Meanwhile, our digital Bundle is still available for you to purchase.
We want to give you all a quick update regarding the shipping status of the zine:
We expect to have the remaining bundles sent within the next two weeks, unfortunately, there are still countries to which we can’t ship, such as Australia and Thailand, we will be holding your packages until we are able to ship them, please bear in mind that we can’t do anything if your country is unavailable for us to ship!. You can check a list of the available countries here [LINK]. You will receive an e-mail from our store with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
REGARDING DELAYED PACKAGES!
If you received your tracking number, and it’s been over 6 weeks since it happened, please contact us as soon as possible to our e-mail: [email protected] with a receipt of your purchase as well as the tracking number so we can ask the shipping company regarding the status of your package. Please bear in mind that it is very important to contact us this way and provide such information, we can’t do nothing if you send an anonymous ask with no information for us to check.

Due to the virus currently affecting Spain on a widescale, their postal service is working for very few hours each day and is unable to serve all the people that need it in that limited time. For those of you who have sent us emails about your shipping preference, that still stands, but we won’t be able to take official action until the quarantine is over. For reference, it can be for 2 weeks. There are also rumors of other countries going into national quarantine that we will pay close attention to, please let us know if your government will be having a lockdown!
