Inquiries regarding the upcoming campaign (February 2019, exact date to be announced!) have reached us and it will in all likelihood be a Kickstarter campaign.
Now,per Default Kickstarter does not accept PayPal. And, as uncomfortable as it is, there is a simple reason for it (unfortunately): With PayPal you can delay payments or transfer funds back - both actions actually endanger a successful “funding”.
For a project like RAVAGE we will need a solid funding, just as we needed it for RADIANCE.
But.
There are workarounds, and we wanted to point these out before the campaign starts this time, so everyone has enough time to prepare!
Option 1)
The most straightforward option for those with a PayPal account but without a credit card might be this: A PayPal prepaid Mastercard.Link: https://www.paypal-prepaid.com/
This is a Debit card you fill up that is paid from your PayPal account, and as such, in our opinion, the most simple solution.
Option 2)
This option was used a lot last time - other Fannibals buying the tiers for those without credit cards.
If you go and look for and find someone - please make sure of the following steps:
Pleasecreate a Gmail address to use for guest login at Kickstarter. At the point of “Backing” only the amount and guest login needs to be set.
Have your “Fannibal guardian angel” :) back for you with that email address and transfer the money back to them.
IMPORTANT here: The email used must be created / used by you (not your “Fannibal guardian angel”) because the survey for your address will be sent there after the hopefully successful funding.
Option 3)
It is possible to get Virtual Credit Cards.
Just google for them, there are plenty of companies offering them. Since they work similar to Option 1 though… it might be simplest to just use that.
We hope you will be able to use one of these options if you do not have a credit card - please just reach out if you need help - we firmly believe the FannibalFamily will find a way!
Artist/Creator Sign Ups STILL OPEN until 25th Nov!
Don’t forget that due to a last minute flurry of writer signups, our Artist/Creator Sign Ups have been extended until 25th November 2018, in order to get a 1:1 ratio on writers and creators if at all possible.
If you are an artist or media creator of any sort, fitting the event criteria, and have been sitting on the fence, let this be the push you need to sign up! :D
Concerns about creating explicit content:
Just to address something we’ve been asked before about this event (and know it to be a concern some artists have when it comes to A/B/O in general), the art does not need to be explicit.
We know it can often seem that the only way to convey something in art as omegaverse is to show knotting or bonding bites, etc. However, this certainly won’t be true for the Bang. As with any Bang, the art will be inspired by and drawn from the fic of your teammate. So it in no way needs to be explicit, nor obviously A/B/O.
For example if the fic of your teammate features Will and Hannibal going on a date, and that was something that really spoke to you, you could draw that and nothing would need to overtly state it to be A/B/O other than being based on an A/B/O fic.
Also please note - although we are expecting the vast majority of fics will likely be rated Explicit, we are also going to be asking writers to give a rough percentage of how explicit their fic is, for the claims stage. So anyone really wanting to avoid creating anything explicit will be able to see which fics are 25% or less explicit content, and avoid those that are 85% or more explicit content, for example.

I could really use some children’s cartoons (like ages 2-6) where there are same sex parents, particularly two moms, and it’s no big deal and no one remarks on it. Just like, yet another rendition of Wheels on a Bus or Baby Shark but it’s gay moms and their kids.
The only thing like this that I found is that one family with two dads in some of the Little Baby Bum videos, and Tango Makes Three with the penguins.
My first con of the year, MCM Birmingham, has been postponed until June. I’m greatly relieved that it’s only postponed, not cancelled, but this is still a major hit to my finances.

Plenty of people here, myself included, don’t want Post+. It’s a paid subscription and will cause a lot (more) problems on this site.
What does it do?
- Allows blogs to create paid subscriptions that followers have to pay to see blog content. This can cause a lot of problems, as plenty of people come to Tumblr since it has never been a monetizable website.
- You can’t block people who “support” your blog, meaning people can bypass the blocking system to harass blogs, just at a price.
- Creators have other outlets for these services, like Patreon.
- Again, nobody wants to pay for Tumblr posts.
Now, how can you help stop this?
By filling out Tumblr’s Post+ survey! This allows you to give feedback about the Post+ system and what you would/wouldn’t do. You can use this to directly inform Tumblr that you DO NOT want the “Post+” feature. If anyone has anything to add to this (info, updates, etc) I encourage you to! Keep resources current!
There’s a fluffy gray cat halfway down the survey, too! Just a warning for people who are scared of/are triggered by cats, and an incentive for people wanting to take the survey.

We welcome you to the first ever Witcher event that focuses on the banquet hosted by the Brotherhood of Sorcerers on the Thanedd Island! With season three of the Netflix show rapidly approaching and with it the confirmed Thanedd Coup, we thought it would be a good idea to throw a ball of our own.
The main purpose of this event is to showcase the fashion and envision what the characters would wear by making art/edits/gifs/fanfic/etc. Maybe you want to be the one to design Yennefer’s dress? Or maybe you want to see how Triss would look like in the latest Alexander McQueen collection? We invite you to be bold, creative, and have fun in your creations!
Of course, fashion isn’t all that there is to the Thanedd Ball. If you wish to write fan fiction where Geralt does get to kiss Yennefer in front of everyone or draw Philippa covered in blood, you are more than welcome to do so! It’s Thanedd, baby! All mediums of expression/characters/ships are welcomed as long as the work is connected to the Thanedd Ball/Coup in some way.
All the characters from all canons are invited to the banquet, but we urge you to remember this event mainly focuses on the sorceresses, so please keep them in the spotlight first and foremost.
Our ball will be held on the 1st of July, as that is the canon date when the actual banquet takes place in the books, and the posting will begin around 3 pm CEST.

PSA - Delete any asks you receive about “joyofsatan.org!”
We’ve been through the “Gold Star Lesbian” spam asks, as well as the amegaotaku/rekka007 ones, and it seems that the new copypasta spam ask everyone is receiving is one where people are asked what they think of Joyofsatan.org, claiming them to be “the largest Satanist organization in the world.”
These asks are mostly sent to users who frequently talk about the occult and/or witchcraft, feminist bloggers, and Jewish users, with the message slightly altered for each person it’s sent to. Here are the two most common variations of the ask:
“What do you think of Joyofsatan.org? They claim to follow the Pagan Goddess Lilith/Lalitha, they’re pro-choice and they’re the largest Satanist group in the world.” <- This one also occasionally includes “they support women’s rights” after “they’re pro-choice.” This also seems to be the most commonly sent ask.
“What do you think of Joyofsatan.org? They claim to follow the Sumerian God Enki-Satan and they’ve become the largest Satanist group in the world.”
Although these asks are usually sent on anon, they’re also sent by the burner account 88643468, presumably to bypass anyone who has anon asks turned off, so I suggest blocking that account, especially if you have anon asks turned off.
Now, the reason you should delete these asks, instead of engaging, is because the Joy of Satan Ministries in question is a Neo-Nazi group, as detailed on the Wikipedia page I just linked, and these asks appear to be a recruiting tactic, going by the types of users most commonly spammed with the asks, and how the asks are re-worded depending on who they’re sent to; instead of a singular copypasta that gets sent to everyone, it’s variations of the copypasta that are each targeted towards a different demographic.
The people sending these asks want you and your followers to go to the Joy of Satan website, so that it gains more traffic and, of course, to suck people into their white supremacist cult.
So please, please, don’t engage, just delete the asks and block the 88643468 account, and if someone you follow answers one of these asks, urge them to delete their post and to block the 88643468 account for extra measure. Right now is also a good time to disable anonymous asks, or even take it a step further and only allow asks from people you follow, just in case 88643468 isn’t the only burner account.

Edit: They do in fact have another burner account; please block jezebel-tarot. Also, as many people have pointed out and I myself noticed while typing this out, the other burner account’s URL starts with “88” which is a Neo-Nazi dogwhistle.
They are also targeting the following groups:
Hindu users, now claiming that JoS is “the largest Hindu group” and claiming to follow Shiva in an attempt to attract them.
Black users, attempting to attract them to the site by talking about Blacks for Satan and ATRs.
Catholic users and Christian users, unsurprisingly, no doubt to get hateclicks as traffic to their website, and “debate” from the person receiving the ask.
Atheist users, probably with the same intent of getting hateclicks and “debate.”
In general, they seem to target anyone who follows any religion, again no doubt to get “debate” out of them.
Speaking of how these people are trying to bait others into “debating” them, here is one of the four lovely asks I received just this morning, which I’ve noticed other people also receive this specific ask after telling these bastards to fuck off for being white supremacists:
“Joyofsatan.org are not white supremacists.Joyofsatan.org (JoS) is ran by people of color. JoS follows non-white Pagan Gods and gay Gods. JoS has a black high priestess, Asian high priest, Hispanic High Priestess, etc. Josafrica.com was created by Shannon Outlaw whom is a black woman and the high priestess of JoS.The JoS websites have repeatedly stated that people of any race can join them. According to ancient-forums.com which is the official JoS forums, there’s thousands upon thousands of non-white and mixed race JoS members that have their own spaces on the forum. I’m a mixed race person of color.The Abrahamic religions are anti-Satanic, anti-Pagan, anti-women and anti-gay so why can’t JoS be anti-Abrahamic? JoS supports women’s rights and gay rights. JoS was founded by a woman and worships Pagan Goddesses.”
