—Since I drew the Helion x LOA family portrait, I’ve been wanting to draw a Feysand one but with Rhys’s mum and sister! What has happened to those two is traumatic, and I know for a fact Feyre would paint these two for Rhys as a present!

But the original painting was giving me massive Azriel vibes so I drew him instead

This scene is one of my favorite scenes of Elain and Azriel! I have always wanted an art inspired by this scene. It’s such a beautiful scene yet simple scene . Lately this scene has been used to make fun of us, to ridicule us, to call us names. So I wanted to turn all that hatred into this beautiful comfort scene. At the end of the day my goal is to bring as much positivity as I can to the fandom. I hope you love it as much as I do.

Week4of!
This week is all about is Choice, True Mates and Balance! This scene and the scene before that when Azriel proclaims he is getting Elain back, no matter the cost, risking everything including his life to save Elain, just screams possible mate behavior!

Week3of! I am so excited for this prompt: !
As it happened with last week’s prompt the ideas for this third week were endless! But I knew I wanted to play with the foreshadowing of Rosehall and all the moments Elriel had in the garden! So the idea of a relaxing picnic as the sun set came up!

This art is inspired by a scene that occurs in ACOWAR! It’s actually one of my favorite moments! I just really loved the idea of both Elain and Nesta killing the big villain!
Azriel said “What we think to be our greatest weakness can sometimes be our biggest strength. The most unlikely person can alter the course of history”.
I hate seeing Elain being reduced as insignificant, when she had a crucial part in ending the war, without her stabbing the King neither of our favorite characters would be alive.
This is my own interpretation of Elain moments before Nesta takes TT and decapitates the king! I also thought about including the shadows she stepped from as background. Those at the back forming a more concrete shadow, Azriel as one of the theories is that she used his shadows to winnow.
@jessamyart is once again the incredible artist that created this stunning scene and my partner in crime. I love working with Jess, she always manages to read my mind and create exactly what I envision. So thank you Jess, I will always treasure you for helping me bring this to life.
