Speaking of spin-off games, here’s a speed draw where I drew the ending credits art for Liar’s Maze!
Drawing Franny with a cute, cosmic look. Was this a video that finally put video to sleep? I wonder how relaxing some of these drawing videos are, hmm… tell me if you’ve fallen asleep to one of these or not, I’m curious!
Another drawing done back in 2017 (I think) because I am still, yes, still, going through my old recordings. I did so many at one point and just kind of, stopped. I think because I was concerned about space on my computer which like, FAIR, video files are huge. (I ended up getting a spare hard drive for Gummy and the Doctor, actually, haha) Anyways, thanks a ton for watching!

Another design I made for my friend DAJ. Again, in 2017, like most of my recordings are from. DAJ always has a fun like, idea or inspiration or two in his pocket, and has a fun way of leading me to interesting designs.
I’m actually not sure these are her final colors, but more so just a fun limited palette (cuz I like doing those) though I also don’t think I will be revisiting her– so maybe these *are* her final colors? Like, she’s camouflage? What do you think? Should these be the final, or something else? What colors would you give her?
Another old recording, but still lots of fun. Sometimes Leif has a big beefy lady body just because, well, we like to have fun, aha. In the end, it’s all Leif! What a dream to be able to take a potion and switch bodies at any time though, ah…
Isaac was one of the Rietveld Academy’s top specter removal agents to come from his year. He became notable not just for his ability to get the job done, but for opting to use less popular methods. See, while it wasn’t unheard of to attempt to subdue specters nonviolently before destroying them, it was largely considered an impractical, useless extra step. Why waste time showing pretend kindness and understanding to vengeful shades when you’re going to vaporize them either way?
Pointless or no, Isaac’s results couldn’t be argued with. Despite being known for his abysmal social skills and emotional obliviousness, he had a way with specters, and he quickly gained a reputation for liking ghosts more than people.
He always disagreed with this assumption, however. It wasn’t that he liked ghosts more, it was simply fact that their feelings mattered more. He could be disliked by any one random and live with it, but when a specter is distraught? The city’s power goes out, buildings collapse, people die, and everyone within a mile gets migraines and bloody noses.
So, it paid to be attentive and considerate.
It paid to let the specter believe he was its long lost husband/daughter/wife/brother/cousin/friend… whatever it needed.
Most specters are bad at recognizing people and reading tone, anyway. It didn’t take much effort to fake it, even with his poor acting skills. He could spare this small kindness for someone long gone. (And then vaporize their ghostly afterimage.)
