Yokai Explained: Jorogumo, Seductive Spider Lady by Linfamy
Another design I made for my friend DAJ. Again, in 2017, like most of my recordings are from. DAJ always has a fun like, idea or inspiration or two in his pocket, and has a fun way of leading me to interesting designs.
I’m actually not sure these are her final colors, but more so just a fun limited palette (cuz I like doing those) though I also don’t think I will be revisiting her– so maybe these *are* her final colors? Like, she’s camouflage? What do you think? Should these be the final, or something else? What colors would you give her?

Just a spider lady, thought it could be fun to play with black widow/orb weaver patterns and body types in this creature. I know spiders really creep folks out (myself included), but hopefully this one is just a fun amount of scary
