A concept for Aerial Ribbon Dancer!Tater Tot.
Despite growing up in a family of cooks, Tater Tot always dreamed of performing with the famous acrobatics group, Cirque du Saddle. His grandfather was very against him being anything other than a fry-man like him. He also thought Tot’s desire to be an acrobat was silly and his talent for aerial ribbon dancing frivolous and “a waste of time you could spend cooking.“
Tot got his chance to meet some of the acrobats who perform in Cirque du Saddle when they came to Canterlot where he lived. They showed him a few techniques and that’s when he got his cutie mark. His grandfather - not at ALL pleased that his grandcolt had gotten a cutie mark in something other than cooking, tried everything in his power to make Tot become a cook, including rigorous cooking lessons and giving him as little time as possible to practice his talent.
Tot finally had enough after several years of this and ran away to Glimmer City where his best friend had moved to, staying there and honing his skills so that he could audition for Cirque du Saddle. He succeeded in getting in and has been performing with them for about two years at this time, and loving every second he’s in the air with the spotlights on him.
( His grandfather saves all the newspaper clippings and magazine interviews about his grandson, proud of his success but bitter over his own loss of his relationship with his grandson.)

- He loves decorating the Christmas tree
- He just finds it peaceful
- He likes the lights the most, especially when they’re the only light in the house on
- Plus he always lets you do the finishing touch of putting the big star on the top, it isn’t chivalrous, it’s him being a horny teenager
- He’s a boob guy but butts are good too
- He doesn’t like cooking
- He just finds it tedious
- But he will assist in eating the batter of everything
- By far his favorite thing is… sweaters
- We know our baby boy loves sweaters – it’s a fact at this point
- So he jumps on Christmas sweaters
- Though he isn’t a fan of ‘ugly’ sweaters
- His favorites are the knitted ones
- He just things they are more comfortable and warm
- He smells like the Christmas tree
- One time he hugged
- Only problem; he’s allergic to pine
- He doesn’t like being politically correct so he says “Merry fucking Christmas”
- Screw your happy holidays
Merry Christmas, or happy holiday! I hope you had a happy one, mine kind of sucked but so was last years. Hopefully, next year will be better - that’s all you can say - right?
