I don’t know how to say it, I’m really furious, what is the purpose of doing this battle? just to give prominence to characters like Hakkai, and making babies Rin and Ran look weak, I think they were worth more, not just a chapter and defeat, they used them as pure page filler.

It’s just me laughing at something someone said.
So UHM… Someone said that the reason Shinichiro Sano died was actually Mikey’s fault, EVEN THOUGH it was Kazutora who committed the murder.
I asked for a reason because it wasn’t anywhere near Mikey’s fault and Kazu was just going a bit fucked in the head. But they said, AND I QUOTE.
“If Mikey wasn’t born, the robbery wouldn’t have happened.”
… BITCH WHAT?
YOU’RE TELLING ME, THAT THE REASON MIKEY WAS BORN MAKES IT MIKEY’S FAULT.
I told them that you can’t choose to be born and that it was still Kazutora’s fault as it was his idea to steal a bike for Mikey. THAT BIKE WAS GOING TO BE GIVEN TO MIKEY BY SHINICHIRO FYI.

UHM… Yeah. Okay. If we all had that ability, I wouldn’t be here. IT’S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. YOU CAN’T CHOOSE TO BE BORN.

Everything they have been doing all this time was caring about each other’s safety and happiness.
Koko wanted Inupi to follow the right path, that’s why he says “You chose a good person”, referring to Takemichi, because Koko has always known that Toman was the safest option for Inupi, even if it meant losing him.
Inupi wanted Koko to stop suffering and obsessing over Akane and money, he wanted him to realize he is just so much more than his skills in making money and his mourning a lost love (which is purely Inupi’s conviction at this point, because Koko is not doing this for Akane anymore). That’s why he asks him “Are you happy with this?” Inupi wants Koko to find happiness and peace.
And Koko’s answer is probably, once again, just a lie. Because what he is actually doing is protecting Inupi.
Well, aside from the fact that he’s swole, we can get a little more insight into Kakucho from the latest chapter (i.e. his family, enrolment into the orphanage, fighting sense).
1. Kakucho’s Family
The translations didn’t mention this, but in the original Japanese text, ‘家族旅行’ (family trip / excursion / vacation) was used in Kakucho’s narration of the car crash he got into, meaning that the accident happened during a family trip. From the panel above, it looks like the crash happened at night, which likely means that they were on their way home.
This just worsens his backstory on so many levels because:
What was supposed to be a happy event ended in utter tragedy; AND
Kakucho likely came from a nice, wholesome family seeing that they went on trips together.
In one night he was ripped from his happy life just like that at 8-9 years old… This kid has got to have the most tragic backstory in the series (besides Mikey, perhaps).
2. Enrolment into the Orphanage
According to this panel:
Kakucho spent some time wandering the streets before enrolling into his and Izana’s orphanage. He may have ran away from the hospital after his discharge to avoid being put in the custody of relatives, as he planned on disowning his family name and living alone. 
It’s likely that someone called the police / social workers on him and he was sent to the orphanage (since he probably wouldn’t have enrolled himself into one). The fact that he remained there tells us that…
None of his relatives came to claim him; OR
He didn’t share any information about himself with the orphanage, and they couldn’t access any information in the national registry to identify him.
3. Kakucho’s Fighting Sense
Kakucho is one of the top fighters for a reason. He’s not only using sheer brute power to win his fights, but is pretty level-headed in how he fights.
He’s used the KMG coat to not only protect his injured arm (that coat is thick it’s practically armour haha), but also flung it to distract Sanzu so he could get a punch in:
This guy knows what he’s doing; he’s not just blindly attacking. I’ve always felt that in an alternate future, he could’ve been a professional fighter instead of the Number 3 guy in Japan’s worst crime syndicate.
(Random idea / hope: Perhaps he could be one of WakaBen’s gym fighters!)
4. Relationship with Mucho
The fact that he was the one who brought up Mucho’s death cements the fact that he and Mucho were pretty close in Tenjiku. I did a post about their relationship before so I won’t harp on it again here.

okay so i noticed this while reading but it took me an hour or so to figure out what exactly had stood out to me the most.
but between his expression and the way he phrased “by any chance are you a time leaper too?” idk man it’s giving me strange vibes, it’s worded so oddly
like he’s shocked obviously, but he doesn’t seem angry or like any sort of emotion like that — instead it honestly looks like, to me at least, he seems hopeful about it ??? which is odd right now, but we don’t have the full story yet. and someone on twitter pointed out that his expression looks like he’s asking for help, which idk if i believe but combined with the “by any chance” it definitely makes me feel like he seems hopeful
but
it could also be a translation error, which is possible. and there are other things that don’t add up: “the beware the mad dog sign” in michi’s bed room, the “this event was only a trigger” to senju, and the way he implies that he doesn’t talk to anybody but mikey, which could throw haruchiyo and hanma working together theories out the window (unless hanma is a 3rd timeleaper )
anyway we won’t know til wakui decides to tell us of course and i doubt it’ll be next chapter because kakucho pushed him off the train

that’s another thing that made me feel like it might not be him, the way he was pushed off the train before he could explain, it reminded me of kisaki
anyway, after work i’ll try to explain this more coherently but these r my initial thoughts — i really gotta go back to work now LMAO
okay i’m back cuz i’ve calmed down and thought a little more
so i do think there is a huge possibility that it’s hanma still. wakui loves throwing stuff at us and then making us think one thing and then switching up—and the “too” could definitely be refering to michi and hanma rather than michi and haruchiyo.
on the other hand, the first chapter had that “beware the mad dog” sign on michi’s bedroom wall and haruchiyo has been with mikey in every (?) timeline. and the two of them have a lot of history that might support haruchiyo being the timeleaper.
but then again, there are so many symbols and stuff that point toward hanma, even his whole moniker as “the reaper” and the translation of his name—eris made a whole powerpoint on it.
+ the fact that kisaki seemed to know but that could be because of either of them. if haruchiyo “befriended” them in tenjiku and told them or if hanma is the timeleaper and he told both of them.
if it’s haruchiyo, i will be celebrating for a week you better bet but i won’t be celebrating til we know for sure and i don’t think it’s gonna be next week cuz kakucho pushed haruchiyo out of the train SOBS
it could still be hanma actually, if he and harcuhiyo are working together somehow and the “too” would be referring to hanma and michi — cuz idk how kisaki would know otherwise unless something happened in tenjiku
