I never wanted to live during a war. While my brother is still in the compulsory military service and the economy is falling apart, while I don’t have any idea about my future job, yesterday my friend played piano for me on a voice call. I needed to finish some works for school still and I decided to paint while she played. I drew a yellow field. Sometimes during that hour I was so happy I couldn’t stop smiling and sometimes I felt so desperately sad. She just had to play sad songs ahah I couldn’t even properly thank her, it was very awkward and I couldn’t find words. But yeah, that was great, thank you! That yellow field is for you

It looks super good on the wall ngl, so contrasting (one of my classmates even said “glowing”)! Even if it fell down last night in the studio and I had to struggle to hang it up again this morning.. Overall, I like how it turned out, a big experiment (in more ways than one lol)! Don’t usually use charcoal bc it’s messy and can be hard to control but I discovered that on a very bug scale it works pretty well! And yes I did ran out of the spray to fix it…

Forgot to post this on here! I’ve been trying to work more on my original illustrations/paintings recently. Planning on making a print of this for cons later this year
Pure ink energy haha, it’s really messy I know, this was a really quick one, it was supposed to be a doodle but you know, whenever you draw on a scrap paper it turns out better than what you draw on an actual drawing paper
