beroyas:

I think one of the things that always gets me in particular is how often “dark” writers say they’re just trying to “explore the topic / themes” whenever theyre criticized for writing absolutely vile things.

And I always want to know what the hell that’s supposed to mean in the context of these fics.

I DO think some dark topics can be explored in a reasonable manor, I obviously know someone who writes a murder mystery novel is not condoning murder. But the way you engage with a topic matters. Yes you can write a murder mystery, but if you exclusively write only graphic, detailed murder scenes and literally nothing else BUT the murder scenes themselves, I’m absolutely going to assume something is just deeply fucking wrong with you.

And I feel like that’s exactly how some of y'all approach this shit.

since apparently it will literally kill you idiots to listen to trans women:

(tw for censored slurs, trans fetishization, censored nsfw text)

the word f*mboy is commonly used on trans fetish specific porn websites to describe trans women what a fucking surprise!!! /s

oh what’s this? the literal admission that f*mboy is another word for l*dyb*y, which is asian slang for a trans woman?? what???? also saying that f*mboys can identify as male or female but are “genetically male”?? huh!! wonder what that could mean!!!!

anyway anyone who responds to this to be a loser trans fetishist/transmisogynist is gonna get another censored terrible trans porn title as their only response i’m just saying that now.

Using the 10th and 11th least popular urban dictionary definitions (that are no longer in the top 20 definitions for femboy on the site) and finding mislabeled videos means fuck all.

Yes tr*p is a slur, but femboy ain’t.

Yes trans woman should not be mislabeled in porn, but that is on the person mislabeling, not on the label.

And yeah urban dictionary is popular vote based, so cisgender phrased narratives using invalidating language like “biological male” or clumsy (mis)use of pronouns may occur, because there’s more of them cisgender people able to vote in the world than trans and queer identified folx. But that’s a problem with cisgender people mislabeling and misidentifying. That is not a problem with femboys.

If you go to urban dictionary right now, none of the top definitions are sexualizing.

Femboy is not an inherently sexual label.

As far as I can tell, femboys are a community of men and nonbinary folks want to explore femininity, and the label provides AMAB people more social acceptance for expressing femininity. Feels like a AMAB societal equivalent of tomboy emerging.

Your issue is with mislabeling and cisgender people not understanding gender, not with the label, nor community of people exploring their identity that you claim to be opposed to.

I am a woman who is transgender.
