The feast of the Madonna Della salute are being celebrated in Venice today, on the feast day of Mary’s presentation in the temple in Jerusalem.
Gotta catch ‘em all ! The little girl is attending her very first Carnival, dressed as Arlequin, but with a tracksuit and sneakers so that she can play around and be extra comfy !
Here is my entry for this month’s Character Design Challenge, Carnival of Venice. I had much fun to do this one, I am weak for confettis and colorful costumes..
