The one about the cold case and how he was okay doing that instead of fighting Hydra.

You cannot tell me that Sam “I fought hydra in a tshirt and I’d do it again” Wilson was just okay with chasing leads about some random ass dude that Steve knew 70 years ago. BITCH RIPPED HIS STEERING WHEEL OUT
So this little line is just so not Sam to me. If chasing cold cases is something comparable to fighting Hydra, than this cold case must be really intriguing…
Sam definitely found Bucky between catws and cacw. Or, at the very least, found where he was, maybe kept his distance
Okay but imagine if in cap4 or tfatws s2 like marvel made it ENDLESSLY CLEAR that Sam and Bucky have something going on but it’s never confirmed but then we get to the end and we think marvel queerbaited us hardcore but then there’s a post credit scene like
It’s just Sam and Bucky sleeping like each of them separately and we cant really see much else until theres a shot of sarah walking in and shes like “jesus will you two get up already it is ten in the goddamn morning” and then theres a wide shot of Sam kind of looking up at her for a second, and then Bucky comes up from a mound of blankets and is like “no.” And then they both go back to sleep and we have to wait 2 years for our newlovers to be onscreen again and that would be worse than any queerbaiting honestly.
sambucky fanfiction is amazing because there is literally three types:
- Bucky/Sam: Does he like me back? He probably doesn’t
Bucky/Sam: I like your shirt
Bucky/Sam: *dies in heart eyes*
Or
2. Bucky/Sam: dont fucking touch me
Bucky/Sam: I didnt
Bucky/Sam: you thought about it
Bucky/Sam: I LOVE YOU
Bucky/Sam: what

And the 3rd, most iconic type:
3 Bucky: *something in russian*
Sam: marry me
