Twin Wolpertingers by Midnite Moon Trip
Happy Spring!
In German folklore, the equivalent of a jackalope is called a wolpertinger. These cryptid cuties have the body of a bunny with horns or antlers, wings, and fangs. They are normally portrayed with bird wings, but I gave these wolpertinger twins fairy vibes in celebration of Spring.

It’s always C'mon Baby Cry by Orville Peck, i can’t get it out of my head
Okay, so I think I need to explain mine a bit. I run a Dungeons and Dragons club for teens. The party is currently adventuring through the Feywild searching for a magical macguffin. They’ve befriended an NPC, who is a bright blue dragonborn bard skinned to be a crocodile who was cursed with sentience. He plays a magical keytar made out of a fish skeleton and his name is… Crock. The students have played through two encounters with Crock as an ally. When they first encountered Crock, he was playing Crocodile Rock by Elton John, just chilling by himself in a lagoon. The kids didn’t know this was an actual song, I just read off the lyrics to the kids and described the music that was being played. When the first fight started, I turned on my normal Feywild battle playlist, but when it was Crock’s turn and he started playing his keytar, I changed the music to an endlessly looping instrumental of Crocodile Rock. The kids went a little wild, and one especially was very agitated in a performative way (“oh my GODDD not AGAIN”), but I just kept playing it. One of the kids was absent that day, but was there for the following session. We another battle started, the original kid DEMANDED that I play Crocodile Rock again because he wanted his friend to suffer through it as much as he had to. So anyway, that is how I ended up listing to Crocodile Rock roughly 100 times and as far as my brain knows, it is and will forever be the only song that’s even been written.

A+++ dm'ing lol
I hate to name a song that’s already been named but for me it’s definitely C'mon Baby, Cry by Orville Peck. His voice is just so good, the song is just the right mix of heartbreaking and gay and sweet, and the range he sings in is perfectly within my natural, comfortable range so I can sing along at the top of my lungs and not hurt myself. It’s just so good. I’m vibing pretty hard with quite a few of his songs lately, Daytona Sands; Drive Me, Crazy; The Curse of the Blackened Eye; Roses Are Falling… I’ve just had all those on repeat lately
At first it was Soolaimon by Neil Diamond and now it’s Daniel by Elton John. Been on a huge Neil Diamond kick ever since I watched Midnight Mass. @ashton-slashton@sgtruttersdartsclubband@charismat1c-megafauna
What’s so funny about peace love and understanding, specifically the cast recording from legion.
