Today’s outfit, vintage blue dress from a vintage clothing store in OKC, sadly they are closed permanently. I love blue :) My head seems like it is growing taller and taller. My coworker told me one day when I had my hair down, “Oh, you look different!!” big hair is officially one of my important feature haha.

Today’s outfit, summer bamboo kimono which I bought in Okinawa.
Only one mistake was that I didn’t do obijime or obiage to hold the bow up on my back. I took a bus and people bumped to my obi when they get on/off the bus, and it was limply hanging on my back after a while… Good lesson.
今日の装い、夏きもの竹、沖縄で買ったものです。
帯締めか帯揚げをして後ろの結びを固定するようにすればよかったというのが唯一の後悔。バスに乗ったのですが、結構込んでいて、人が乗り降りするときに後ろに当たって、しばらくしたらダラーンとしてしまいました。沖縄では車移動が多かったので、教訓です。

Catch of the day, “Battat Our Generation Blonde Doll.”
Well, It was kind of creepy to find out a doll head was on the sidewalk while I was running in the early morning. I just passed it one time, but then changed my mind because I thought I could use it as a display. So I ran about 1km with this doll head to my house, you know what was the creepiest morning scenery; a sweaty girl running with a doll head…
I combed and set her hair. She look much better, doesn’t she?
Her name is Jacquelyn, it’s her pleasure to meet you all.
今日の捕獲物、子ども用のおもちゃ。
人形の頭が歩道にポツンとあるというのは何とも奇妙なものです。早朝ラニングの合間に見かけたのですが、始めは通り過ぎようと思いました。でも考えを変えて戻りました。ディスプレイに丁度良いと思ったので。そしてそこから残りの1kmぐらいこの頭を抱えて家まで走って帰りました。さぞかし気味の悪い光景だったことでしょう、汗まみれの女が人形の首を抱えて走る。。。
綺麗に髪をとかして結い上げました、中々の見栄えではないでしょうか。
彼女の名前はジャクリーンです、皆さま初めまして。

My outfit of the 15th of August, 2015.
I felt slightly conservative on that Saturday in a dress from a great antique shop, 3 R’s Schoolhouse Collectibles, in a small town of Oklahoma, Blair. They have so many good and unique real antiques there, I miss it so much and would love to go back again someday.
I need more belts fit around my waist, the black one is a little bit loose.
I put Noriko’s art flower in my hair from our handmade brand Yokihi吉日Red-Letter Day.
おとなし目カラーのヴィンティヂドレスを着て、心なしかコンサバな気分だった土曜日。これはオクラホマのブレアという、小さな町にある大きなアンティークショップで掘り出しました。本当に、本物の古い物たちがたくさん詰まったお店、是非また行きたい場所の一つです。

My Siamese become a calico because… she got too close to the heater and burnned her fur this morning. Why kitties are so silly sometimes??
Today was another red-letter day :)
うちのシャムが三毛猫になってしまいました。何故なら今朝電気ストーブに近づき過ぎて、毛を焦がしたから。。。何でこうもにゃんずというのはおバカなんでせぅ。
