My go to easiest & most delicious meal is a big #salad I try and eat #highvolumefood so I feel full. (Let’s be real, #whoamikidding ) In large bowl, I throw in approx 2 cups of spinach/lettuce, 70 grams cucumber, 4-5 oz lean ground turkey, 4 tbsp #salsa & 1 oz #guacamole AND if it fits in my #macros I crumble up a #ricecake (totally acts as a crouton).
