RED VELVET SMOOTHIE (recipe in English down below )

Hace 10 años cuando empecé a hacer smoothies este era uno de mis combos favoritos y hacia mil que no lo hacia.
El ingrediente principal de este smoothie probablemente te haga pensar “vaya p*to asco” pero os prometo que esta buenísimo y que vale la pena probarlo

Ingredientes: ½ plátano congelado, ½ taza de remolacha cocida (si, remolacha, get those veggies in ) 1 taza de leche vegetal, 1 scoop de proteína vegana de chocolate (opcional), 1 cucharada de cacao en polvo, hielo.

El sirope de chocolate es : 1 cucharadita de aceite de coco y una onza de chocolate negro 85% derretido. Ps: cuando hace contacto con el frío se pone duro y es como un magic shell healthy ✨

Y aquí os dejo algunos de lo beneficios de las remolachas:

* Ayuda a bajar la presión arterial alta
* Contiene óxido nítrico que ayuda a reducir el impacto del ejercicio en el cuerpo, mejorando la resistencia a los de alta intensidad.
* Contiene Betaína, nutriente anti-inflamatorio.
* Gran fuente de minerales y fibra

Devouring pitaya bowls is quite easy right?
Even three of them - if there is cauliflower and cosmic in. Nicecream smoothiebowls never get old.

The black base is charcoal. Not really beneficial but nice to look at :).

For your Big Cosmic Bowl you’ll need:

TAKE:

Pitaya Base:

2 packs pitaya
1 cup frozen strawberries/raspberries
1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup dairy free milk I used almond milk

Charcoal Base:

2 bananas
1 cup of frozen kale
1/8 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp of charcoal

BLEND in a high powered blender or food processor until thick, creamy, and no chunks! Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.

I just finished making these peppermint sparkle bombs filled with all the juicy things like dates, c

I just finished making these peppermint sparkle bombs filled with all the juicy things like dates, cacao, @loving_earth lucuma, cinnamon and coconut and covered in blackberry powder from @thestaplestore and edible sparkles for my friends 40th. So excited to pop them! 

Makes anywhere from 6-10 depending on size of bombs

1 kg dried dates

2 drops food grade peppermint oil

2 cups rolled oats/ can use puffed amaranth/quinoa flakes for GF opt. 

¾ c cacao - to taste

1 cup coco flakes 

4-5 tbs lucuma/maca OPTIONAL. 

A GREAT LASHING OF CINNAMON <3

your favourite coloured food grade sparkles (from any good cake supply store)

Enough blackberry powder for rolling

SUPER EASY just process all ingredients bar oats or oat sub, taste and see if you love it - may need a little extra coco/cacao/cinnamon/love 

Once satisfied, move to a large bowl, stir in oats. 

begin to form the bombs, you may need to wet your hands a little to keep them from sticking to you…. 

leave to sit for about 10 minutes in an air tight container in the refrigerator, you dont want them to go moist or else the BB powder will absorb into the ball. 

take your BB powder and pour onto a board or plate, and the sparkles on another.

test the bombies, and then GETT ROLLIN! ^___^

Yesterday the gorgeous @stephelles24ct___kt and I collaborated to support her new jewellery project with @nylons_ celebrating hoops, gems and delicious frooty fruits!!! I made a strawberry sundae, just blended frozen bananas with vanilla powder, layered over puréed raspberries and strawberries and sprinkled with none other than my new favourite @thestaplestore black berry powder, the colour is gorgeous and its scent is so strong and YUMMMM!!!! I couldn’t any though as im purging those parasites. Ok ok I’ll stop now! Peace ✨

So, universe provides hilarious coincidences once again. I set up my camp at envision festival right up tight next to a bunch of fellow 801010ers!!! Fully provided with all the fruity hookups you could possibly dream of for a week long festival. Piles and piles of coconuts, mangos, papayas… This breakfast was after a much needed sleep in from a long night of dancing. Papaya with mango, mixed leafy greens and herbs with ginger and cinnamon. Mm PURA VIDA! ✨☀️

Stringing together herbs while sipping on a delicious nettle and @loving_earth maca green smoothie. nettle grows in many places, and is so much more than an itchy weed. I picked some yesterday morning at the market, they’re so delicious inside a smoothie, and don’t worry, once blended up they lose their sting
Nettle is taken as a blood purifier, as a tea it helps to cure mucus congestion, skin irritations, water retention and diarrhoea. The beverage is also said to help nursing mothers produce milk and it also stimulates the digestive glands of the stomach, intestines, liver, pancreas and gall bladder.
Nettle juice will even ease the stinging of the rash brought about from contact with the plants own bristled leaves! ✨
The seeds are super easy to spread, just keep the very tops of the stems and spread them over your soil !

Breakfast or Snack Meal Prep: Granola, Strawberry, Blackberry, cinnamon parfait.  Staying prepared is an important part of making sure you accomplish goals!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup strawberries and blackberries
  • 1/3 cup flax granola
  • cinnamon

Keep the yogurt and berries refrigerated.  Do not refrigerate the granola.  

Approx macros: 190 calories, 14g protein, 28g carbs (19g from granola), 3g fat.  To increase protein content, mix with whey isolate protein.

Desayuno o Merienda (Idea para preparación de comidas para la semana): Parfait de granola, fresa, mora y canela. Mantenerse preparado es una parte importante de asegurarse de que lograr metas!

Ingredientes:

  • ½ taza de yogur griego sin grasa
  • 1/3 taza de fresas y moras
  • 1/3 taza de granola
  • canela

Mantener el yogur y bayas en el refrigerador. No refrigerar la granola.

Macros Aprox: 190 calorías, 14 g de proteínas, 28 g carbohidratos (19 g de granola), grasa 3g. Para aumentar el contenido de proteína, mezclar con proteína aislada de suero.

Ezekiel Tortilla Taco Salmon Salad (traduccion en espanol abajo)

Ingredients:

  • 1 large Ezekiel tortilla
  • Baked salmon (according to your liking)
  • Pico de gallo
  • ½ small Haas avocado
  • 1 tbsp Goat Cheese crumble

Recipe to make taco shell:

  1. Set oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly spray a taco shell mold with olive oil or coconut oil.
  3. Place the Ezekiel tortilla inside and form it to fit the mold.
  4. Sprinkle with a little garlic and lightly spray with olive oil (optional)
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.  Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before removing the tortilla from the mold.
  6. Assemble your salad.  Mix greens together with pico de gallo and place inside the shell.  Flake the salmon and place it over the salad.  Add dices of avocado and goat cheese.
  7. Devour it like a boss!

Ensalada de Salmón dentro de una Concha de Tortilla Ezekiel

Ingredientes:

  • 1 grande tortilla de Ezekiel
  • Salmón al horno (sazonado de acuerdo a tu gusto)
  • Pico de gallo
  • ½ pequeño aguacate Haas
  • 1 cucharada de queso desmoronado de cabra 

Receta para hacer la concha de tortilla:

  1. Poner el horno a 350F.
  2. Rociar ligeramente un molde para tacos con aceite de oliva o aceite de coco.
  3. Colocar la tortilla en el interior de Ezequiel y formarla para que se adapte al molde.
  4. Espolvorear con un poco de ajo y rociar con un poco de aceite de oliva (opcional)
  5. Cocer en el horno durante 10 minutos. Retirar del horno y dejar enfriar durante unos 5 minutos antes de retirar la tortilla del molde.
  6. Hacer la ensalada. Mezclar espinaca junto con pico de gallo y colocar en el interior de la concha. Desmenuzar el salmón y colocarlos sobre la ensalada. Añadir los dados de aguacate y el queso de cabra .
  7. Devorarla como si fuera un jefe!
