KILLED LEG DAY.
Last night I went to dinner with my boy and some friends and had calamari and fresh handmade fettucine. It was amazing and I had so much energy at the gym today.
Started my workout with some banded crab walks to warm up and activate my glutes. Did a million sets of squats. No, really. I’m going to screenshot my notepad and add it to this photo set. My legs and booty were/are TOAST.
I did 10 reps of each exercise listed in that order. TOASSTTTTTTED.
