and is such a big part of our busy daily lives. However, when it comes to hormones I am often quite confused about what they do and how I can influence them. That’s because our body is so complex, individual and especially when it comes to hormones: always in the flow. That makes them even more fascinating to me. Today I want to share with you my ways to reduce my cortisol. I think it already helped since I got my period after one year break. It’s been just ones but it that’s more than zero. Am I right :)?
