If you are not familiar with Cannabidiol (CBD) oil yet you might wonder when I started to talk about marijuana. However, in contrast to the well-known THC, CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, won’t give you a „high“ and is not addictive. Nevertheless, it influences our brain and comes with several potential beneficial effects: epileptic seizures, inflammation, anxiety and sleep, just too mention a few.
For me, CBD oil really improved my quality of sleep.
I just want to mention that, in some, CBD oil can have side effects and CBD oil products vary in their quality and quantity of the active component.

and is such a big part of our busy daily lives. However, when it comes to hormones I am often quite confused about what they do and how I can influence them. That’s because our body is so complex, individual and especially when it comes to hormones: always in the flow.
That makes them even more fascinating to me.
Today I want to share with you my ways to reduce my cortisol. I think it already helped since I got my period after one year break. It’s been just ones but it that’s more than zero. Am I right :)? Find the blogpost linked!

It’s the double Cheese kinda burger style without cheese and double but with a fair voted eco touch. What do you think, would you try?

Here is the way to your own:

:
2 cups cooked lentils, green or brown (I used sprouted ones)
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 handful of walnuts, chopped
2 tbs tomato paste (mustard is also possible)
1,5 tablespoons flaxseed meal (or ground flaxseeds)
salt, pepper to taste

Opt:
corn semolina or breadcrumbs

:
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Prepare a grill for medium-high heat.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process to a dough.
Works with a potato masher or blender too.
Form the mixture into 3-4 patties about ½ inch thick. Dredge both sides of the patties in the cornmeal.
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan and fry Paddies golden brown.

As I said last week: For me it’s unbelievable that even inside my body everything seems to be about timing!

While it is usually unnoticeable, I really felt it in form of my jet-leg on my flight back from Bali. To keep this precious timing within us it can be essential to know what affects our inner clock. There is scientific evidence of social interaction (also virtual), light, activity, meal time influencing our circadian rhythm. We can use this knowledge to find our inner harmony and get into our power which we need NOW MORE than EVER.
