thanks for your feedback on yesterday’s post. It seems like I messed up with „effects“ and benefits so I took it down. But here we go again. Whole Blogpost on my Blog.

If you are not familiar with Cannabidiol (CBD) oil yet you might wonder when I started to talk about marijuana. However, in contrast to the well-known THC, CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, won’t give you a „high“ and is not addictive. Nevertheless, it influences our brain and comes with several potential beneficial effects: epileptic seizures, inflammation, anxiety and sleep, just too mention a few.
For me, CBD oil really improved my quality of sleep.
I just want to mention that, in some, CBD oil can have side effects and CBD oil products vary in their quality and quantity of the active component.

It’s factly Friday :). Swipe ist you want to learn.

, , ! They do what they want or how we educate them:). Especially in crazy #coronatimes, we have to take some .

and is such a big part of our busy daily lives. However, when it comes to hormones I am often quite confused about what they do and how I can influence them. That’s because our body is so complex, individual and especially when it comes to hormones: always in the flow.
That makes them even more fascinating to me.
Today I want to share with you my ways to reduce my cortisol. I think it already helped since I got my period after one year break. It’s been just ones but it that’s more than zero. Am I right :)? Find the blogpost linked!

As such, try fortifying your supplement regimen with Vitamin C (1,000 - 5,000mg) and Phosphatidyl Serine (300 - 1,200mg) to  reduce cortisol levels and keep stress in check.
