Sorry for the delay!!!!!! Have had a bad couple of days and spent a night in the hospital, but I finally got these edited!! Since a few of the asks seemed time sensitive, and I’m sure I didnt get to them in time (so sorry!!!) I changed to wording ok a few so that even if I was too late for you, they may be helpful to someone else going through a similar situation! Also sorry for my appalling handwriting (this is why i usually do it all digitally!!)
