#anime fan art
Finished my sixfanarts challenge! It was fun to draw characters I wouldn’t normally draw and get out of my comfort zone lol
In honor of the bears that’ll be coming out of hibernation soon ✨
Harry freaking Styles art I just made! ✨
Can’t wait for Fine Line to come out ❤️✨
Kokonoi Hajime as deadly sin GREED
It was easy to define the character for this sin. Koko = money ))
Some notes about working process. It’s always interesting to peek behind the curtain, nah?
So, how I make my drawings?
Step 1: Idea.
That’s EVERYTHING. I can pick my ideas everywhere: while walking, playing with my daughter, washing dishes, walking with my dog, standing in shower )))
My idea with “7 deadly sins aka Tokyo Revengers characters” caught me on the kid’s playground ‘Cause kids are small devils (that’s just a joke )
Step 2: references.
I usually pick some pictures of the character, pose and clothing reference. I wanted to draw Kisaki sitting on kinda brothel-couch, because we’re imaging sins here
Step 3: Sketch
I draw in Procreate. It usually takes me 2-3 sketches to catch the pose, outfit and environment. I sketch in freehand style, but i also can use some tools as symmetry to speed up drawing.
Step 4: Lineart.
I forgot to save line art picture of this artwork But i line my drawings as vector layer in Clip Studio Paint - so i have opportunity to edit my lines.
Step 5: Coloring
And… that’s it )))
New project is started! Yay!
“Tokyo Revengers” characters are soooo architypical! While watching anime I always noticed each characters features. And I like antagonists so much!
So, I thought: “Hm… they are bad-bad guys… Let’s draw them as 7 deadly sins!”
And… ta-daaaa! Here it is the first one: deadly sin “PRIDE” as bad-ass Kisaki. Ohhh… I love him and I hate him )))
Fantastic Mitsuya. My vision of the frame from the 239 chapter of manga “Tokyo Revengers”
