Can we not stereotype Aphrodite Cabin anymore as the cabin as the best dressed in the current style? Honestly to me, that cabin is the most versatile in fashions. There are those who dress in cosplay because thats beautiful. Those who dress in steam punk because thats beautiful. Those who dress in comfy socks, and sweaters because thats beautiful. Those who dress in whatever makes them feel beautiful because thats beautiful.
||Cabin 10 Headcanons
The Aphrodite Cabin is my favorite cabin by a lot and there isn’t nearly enough love for it. So I’m gonna share my headcanons abt the people inside it. I’m going to be focusing mostly on the named characters, but I will throw in some more general headcanons. Maybe I’ll make a part two. Also Drew is a good sister because I said so <3
- They’re all very close! Out of every cabin, the siblings in Cabin 10 are the closest. It has to do with the fact that they’re super underestimated and looked down upon by most of the people at camp. After someone made a comment that was a little too harsh, they realized they needed to stick together considering they were each other’s only support at camp
- I want to say that Valentina is the youngest in the cabin so everyone is super protective of her. In fact one of the first “nice” things Drew did with her charm speak was get someone who was making fun of Valentina to drop their pants in front of everyone
- Everyone in the cabin has a phone, they just hide it from Chiron very very well. They got the Hecate cabin to put a spell on their phones which sends signals out to multiple places at once, that way their location can’t be tracked in exchange for relationship advice. That way they’re able to have a family gc so they can all keep in touch when they’re out of camp.
- The only problem is that they are always using the gc inside of Camp so they could talk after lights out and talk across rooms without having other people hear what they’re saying. Piper always has it on mute so she never knows wtf they’re talking about and Mitchell and Valentina are always complaining about having to catch her up
- Lacy is obsessed with tik tok dances. It’s like all she does and all her siblings are sick and tired of it. But in an effort to get her to stop, Drew said she would do one dance with her. Lacy flipped out because she found out Drew is really good at it and knows a lot of them, so now she makes Drew do them with her all the time and since starting this, they’ve spent a lot of time together and have gotten super close
- People are always flirting with Mitchell and his sisters find it hilarious because Mitchell is just oblivious when it comes to his own love life. So everyone in the cabin tries to bring it up and be all subtle about it when they notice someone likes him and he literally just sits there like “??” Until Drew or Piper says it flat out
- Whenever someone is mad at Piper, they put on a movie that has her dad in it and then start talking about how hot he is to her. They overexaggerate it too, going on and on about him and following Piper around their cabin so they can keep talking to her about him
- Drew has a mini fridge that she swore up and down was for skin care and that nobody else was allowed to touch it. Lacy and Valentina opened it and it was just filled with red bull and those carbonate coffees. Liar
- They have family movie nights! Every Friday after Capture the flag and after lights out they project a movie onto the ceiling from their phone. It’s really fun and they switch through different genres. Their favorite is horror movies though
- They collectively make fun of their mom in the most dramatic ass ways. Like Mitchell has this cologne she gave him and it smells awful and all of his siblings just go around the cabin spraying it and talking about the importance of cologne
- Valentina waxes everyone’s eyebrows and legs for them and she found out Piper had never waxed hers so she roped her into it and naturally Drew recorded the whole thing. So every few weeks she sends it to the family gc just to piss Piper off <3
- Their cabin is just?? So?? Nice?? Most of the campers around chb spend their free time outside but the Aphrodite kids prefer the cabin. It’s comforting and homey (to them) but looks straight out of a magazine. the other cabins wish they could be as nice as cabin 10
- They have a few campers who are really good with love magic. They lovegiving out cute little potions that are supposed to give you more confidence before a date or enchanted jewelry that’ll raise pheromones
why didn’t rick riordan make the aphrodite cabin experienced with archery like the apollo cabin. it would make sense if they favored a bow and arrow because aphrodite is often associated with them and their godly siblings, the erotes, also use them carry out aphrodite’s orders
