So… if a person who had recently been outed as someone who traced other people’s art (for commisions, among other things) and left tumblr after she got caught now is back under a new name, once again uploading art/commissions:
Is it better to call her out on her past shit or wait until it’s possible to prove once again that she’s still tracing (something I believe but can’t prove yet)?
I wouldn’t even mind this much if she didn’t offer commissions, but having other people pay for what is essential stolen material without their knowledge is a hugely shitty thing to do and I feel like they should be warned about it?

i don’t usually post stuff like this but this person has been harrassing my friends, stealing designs and art from @xcherry-artx as well as gaslighting and bullying them for a long while on Instagram and has now followed them here.
if you could, please block and report them so that they may at least be temporarily removed from Tumblr. Thank you✨

I was looking for the artists on the first post to let them know (don’t look at me like that, I’m procrastinating) and came across this and decided to ask (just in case) if they had licence to sell the art they were using and they blocked me. I mean too late I SSed and copied their bio link (:
I was informed by two lovely Tumblr users that someone on a BNHA RP decided it was okay to pass off Naomi as their OC and when asked about it said they found it on Google Images and didn’t bother to find out who the artist was. The thief also seemed lazy to use Google reverse image search and seemed to keep giving excuses when people told them to find out who I was. There were a bunch of other screenshots so I didn’t want to attach them all, but I’m really glad these other users stepped in and I was told they convinced them not to use Naomi.
Now, I made Naomi with a lot of love and thought, and he’s honestly one of my favourite OCs. In one of the screenshots when someone said “make your own OC” the person responded with “I’m not creative enough” NO. You did NOT want to put in the work. I’ve seen hundreds of amazing BNHA OCs from artists and writers of different skill levels and they were all in their own way unique and original. Just because you can’t put in the effort, doesn’t mean you can make little of the effort of others by stealing their work.

Im going to review what she has done so far:
Reposted the plagiarized picture without credit, even after knowing well who the author is/that i do not approve of it. She basically spammed it everyday for several weeks, over the span of many months (May 2021/February 2022).
created several alternate accounts to keep uploading the picture.
after being banned by Insta and managing to get her account back, she learned nothing and continued the reupload spree UNTIL SHE GOT HER MAIN ACCOUNT TERMINATED FOR GOOD (kokoz13_kol).
Continued this behaviour on her second account (uzhasnaya_len) until it also got terminated.
Attempted to blackmail me by stating “She will continue uploading the picture if i speak out about her plagiarism”.
Created three other accounts, followed every single person i follow on my instagram (how psychotic is that?) and continued uploading the ripped off picture.
Created an account to impersonate me, using my old internet handle and real name (while Ukraine was under attack by Russia. It is unimaginable to me, how someone who is living in a country that just opened war, and is under a threat of nuclear warfare and unimaginable consequences themself pull this stupid sh*t online)
The entire situation started May/June 2021. She came to my insta page herself in November 2021 and announced that she’s the one who plagiarised me, completely ignored people who tried to explain why what shes doing is messed up, and basically was just being an obnoxious smartass (and being hilariously wrong at the same time).
Soon after that her account got banned temporarily; imagine having your account closed, managing to get it back and instead of realizing that “Hey, im cutting it close, maybe this isnt worth it” deciding to continue breaking ToS, and uploading plagiarism UNTIL BEING TERMINATED FOR GOOD. It’s peak stupidity and hubris. Im a 90’s kid, ive been on the internet for a while, but i have never, ever personally encountered such an unhinged person. Kate is the definition of entitled & spoiled. The fact she ever thought she deserved dialogue or niceties after everything she has done is proof of that. The impersonation and mass-following the exact same people i follow is just baffling. Not sure if she was trying to play some kind of a role, she just came off as obsessive (she may have some kind of untreated psychological/behavioral issue, discounting narcissism).
The fact she has her full name out there in public, while acting like this is honestly the most embarassing part. Im glad internet is forever in moments like these, good job putting a stain on your name Katie!
We managed to get that clothes pack taken down. Good job everyone, but I doubt he’ll stop, he’s VERY persistent. After all, yesterday he uploaded more stolen crap when not even a full day had passed. He’s probably getting ready to jump ship to one of his alternate accounts and post stolen stuff there.
Ranshka herself has made another callout post, revealing the items in that pack he posted up yesterday to try and bypass being reported by using no proper image, were all items by her. He’s specifically targeting her. In her callout post, she also proves that all those items are hers. She lists the names and links to the other two accounts. I know for sure that one of them are his, but I’m not completely sure about the other, as all they do is claim they’re not him. I won’t list this 2nd account here, because I don’t want to do something I don’t know for 100% If they can provide proof they’re not him, they’ll be clear of suspicions from me. But also because I only have suspicions of that account and don’t know for sure, I will not reveal them.
Kaz and I are doing our best to keep helping her out of this mess. Everyone, be wary of these accounts, they’re all the same guy. (Third one might be, might not be.) If you catch them posting stolen content again, PLEASE report them! I can’t be a 24/7 lookout on this prick so I need some help.

Hello everyone. I need to have a serious talk for a moment. You know how those dresses I used for the Anniversary models of Shanna and Rose? Those clothes are by a DA user by the name of Ranshka. You can ONLY get those clothes by contacting them privately through twitter. Gueas what? Someone is taking models with Ranshka’s clothes on them, ripping them off, putting them for download! This is so disrespectful and violates their rules! Even more so, Ranshka makes their parts FROM SCRATCH, this makes it even more of a scummy thing to do!

Not just that, he even ripped the clothes off Shanna and Rose and put them for download. How do I know? BECAUSE HE ISN’T EVEN SUBTLE ABOUT IT! The green outfit had completely different sleeves than the ones that Shanna is wearing in that outfit. Similar, but different. In the stolen upload, it has the sleeves Shanna was wearing but recolored to white. Not just that, it uses the exact same toons I used on my model of Shanna and Rose. Ranshka originally had different toons on those outfits! Lastly but not least, I named the models “Anniversary Twins”. Know what he named the outfits? ANNIVERSARY DRESSES! The actual name of those outfits by Ranshka is Light Spring and World Watcher. He’a not even being subtle!
