✨Day 8: Madoka from “Puella Magi Madoka Magica”. This freaking series If you’re looking for an anime that will mess you up for a couple of days this is it. I held off watching it for a long time cause I knew it wasn’t the typical “magical girl” anime genre that I was so use to. But man, it’s really good. Super messed up, but REALLY good. ⚡️Day 7: Ash Ketchum and Pikachu from “Pokémon”. I’ll never forget the days of being a kid and waking up early to catch the latest episode of Pokemon. I was definitely caught up in the Pokémon craze of the late 90s and honestly, never left it. It’s so neat to see Pokemon still have relevance today and is thriving with its series of games, shows, and merch (there are TOO many adorable Pokémon backpacks and purses that I want from BoxLunch ). And now for the big question: who’s your favorite Pokémon? I LOVE Umbreon (particularly the shiny version.). Tell me your fav!

Day 6: Inuyasha from “Inuyasha”. I use to LOVE this series in high school. I remember trying to stay up late on school nights to watch this show on Adult Swim when it aired around 10pm on weekdays. I was totally obsessed wit Inuyasha and Kagome’s story and loved all the characters in the series. I even cosplayed as Sango when I went to my first Anime Expo, my dad helped me make the boomerang out of wood too! #bestdadever And a sequel series was JUST released. My inner 14 year old is SCREAMING. Did you ever watch Inuyasha?

Day 5: Sakura Kinomoto from “Cardcaptor Sakura”. Another one of my first anime series that I fell in love with while growing up. I’m a sucker for the magical girl genre and Sakura had the cutest wardrobe.. Sakura and Syaoran will forever be one of my favorite couples

Day 4: Umi Ryuuzaki from “Magic Knight Rayearth”. This series changed my life as it was the very first manga series I’ve ever read and I freaking LOVED it. When I visited Japan a few years ago, it was my mission to visit Tokyo Tower as that was where the Magic Knights were first teleported to the magical world of Cephiro in the series. Although I was not made a Magic Knight during that visit to Tokyo Tower, it was still neat to visit a place that was a central part of the manga series that got me into anime and quite honestly, sparked my interest in drawing. Have you ever read/watched this series? Who is your favorite Magic Knight?

Day 18: Frog.
I went for a blue poison dart frog, and definitely enjoyed the change of colours from my usual drawings!
Day 17: Flamingo.
If references taught me something, it’s that flamingos are ugly
Day 15: Crocodile.
One of the most detailed animal I’ve drawn so far!
Day 14: Wolf.
One of my favourite animals! Ironically enough, the main character of my story is a wolf, yet I don’t draw them that often!
Day 13: Lion.
Oh yes, felines are such a pleasure to draw
Day 12: Bald eagle.
Yeah another bird, but I really like the colours of this one. Still funny the name is bald eagle while it is not reeeaaally an eagle.
Day 11: Fox.
I don’t draw enough foxes, but I love their color scheme!
Day 9: Stag.
Definitely one of the noblest animals!
