I see that HEB bag. Those last forever. Also a cool accessory.

That camera’a getting kinda close,

It’s aimed right at my snoot,

That angle will be kinda gross,

I will not look too cute.

Why don’t you just zoom in instead?

Or take a selfie in the mirror?

You’re aiming that thing at my head,

Heck, it’s getting nearer!

Space is getting ,

How low must you stoop?!

Oh no!

It’s crashing in too fast!

I think that it might—

.

Big fuzzy paws,

And grizzly hair,

What do you ,

I look like a bear?!

“Isn’t he lovely?

Isn’t he wonderful?

Isn’t he precious?

Still a pup, I know.

I never thought through love we’d be

Saved by one as miraculous as he!

But isn’t he lovely made from love?”

Alex, from Dogs Trust, Salisbury. Click here for more info on adoption or ways to donate.

“8 month old Alex is an intelligent little terrier, who loves to have a good sniff. He loves his food which could help with his training. Alex needs to be the only dog and any children in the home need to be over 11 years. Time left alone would need to be built up slowly. He can be nervous of new people and would need patient owners who are willing to do training with him and some gentle socialising.”

Dog of the Day

Bob, from RSPCA, Hull. Click here for more info on adoption or ways to donate.

“Bob is a 4 year old Rhodesian ridgeback cross, he has found himself in RSPCA care after his previous owners ill health meant that they could no longer cope with the demands of owning a dog. Sadly kennel life does not agree with Bob and he is finding the transition from a home to kennels very difficult to deal with. This often means that the behaviour he exhibits in his kennel is off putting to potential adopters, however out of his kennel Bob is a very affectionate, loving and playful young dog.

Bob already knows some basic commands and is enthusiastic about working for treats or his toys which is a nice way to build a bond. Due to Bob’s large size and very playful behaviour he is looking for a new home with children over the age of 15, he is not suitable to live with cats but could potentially live with another dog. Bob is looking for a dog owner that has had experience with large breed dogs in the past.”

Dog of the Day

Montana, from Freshfields Animal Rescue, Liverpool. Click here for more info on adoption or ways to donate.

“Montana is a cheeky, lively lady with bundles of personality!  She is looking for a new home as her owners had no time for her.  She is such a sweetheart with so much love on offer for her new home, but sadly at the rescue, being a young terrier she is quite stressed.  We would love her to find a home quickly and get her settled.  Montana did live with children in her previous home, but due to kennel stress, we think a calm, quiet home with no young children would suit her best.  Although Montana is friendly with dogs on walks (and loves to play!) we feel she would be best as the only pet in the house.  She does not like cats, small animals or caged birds.  As Montana is young and active, she will need an active owner with someone home for most of the day.  She is such a cracking little dog and will make a fun, loving and entertaining friend.”

Dog of the Day

Beth, from Dogs Trust, Harefield, London. Click here for more info on adoption or ways to donate.

“Beth is a very nervous girl who has not been socialised with the world, dogs or people. She shakes when she sees new people and tries to avoid people that she knows. Beth will take many months to get used to home life. At present she cannot be put on a lead and has to be carried. Beth may benefit from living with a confident dog as long as they will ignore her. Beth loves food so this, and time, will help to build a bond.

Beth is looking for extremely patient owners who have experience of nervous dogs and are prepared for a challenge. Beth will need owners who are around for most of the day. She will need a garden as it will be a long time before she will be able to go for a walk happily. She will need to live in a quiet location in a calm, gentle home.”
