your body is your body, and if you don’t love it now, that’s ok.


you do what you need to love your body. exercise or don’t, stare in mirrors or don’t. shave or don’t. just unapologetically work towards loving yourself.


and if you want to get surgeries done, for whatever reason, then who cares. it’s your body, and if it takes a surgery to love it, then that’s ok.


if you can get to the point where you can be happy with your body, that’s all that matters.


for some people it’ll only take a few months, other it can take years. your body is only holding you, it’s not your life force. you are so much more than skin and bones, and once you realize that, then it’s a lot easier to love your body, to love yourself.
