And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the sea and the waves, people fainting with fear and with foreboding of what is coming on the world. For the powers of Heaven will be shaken. - Luke 21:25-26

Go, my people, enter your rooms and shut the doors behind you; hide yourselves for a little while until his wrath has passed by. - Isaiah 26:20

When I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or command locusts to devour the land or send a plague among my people, if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. - 2 Chronicles 7:13-14

Faith is a luminous star that leads the honest seeker into the mysteries of nature. You must seek your point of Gravity in God, and put your trust into an honest, divine, sincere, pure and strong faith and cling to it with your whole heart, soul, sense, and thought, full of love and confidence. If you possess such a faith, God (wisdom) will not withhold his truth from you, but will reveal his works to you, credibly, visibly, and consolingly. - Paracelsus

The operation of anything follows the mode of its being. - St. Thomas Aquinas (“Summa Theologica”)

I shall dwell in the House of God all the days of my life; to behold the beauty of God and to meditate in His sanctuary. - Psalms 27: 4

The human soul possesses from the fact of its being of the same essence of all creation, a marvelous power. One who possesses the secret is enabled to rise as high as his imagination will carry him; but he does that only on the condition of becoming closely united to this universal force. - J.B. Craven (on Cornelius Agrippa in “Doctor Robert Fludd, the English Rosicrucian”)

Every “substantial form” proceeds from the first cause, God, and participates in His divine nature according to its nobility. - Dante Alighieri (“Convivio”, Book 3, citing  "Liber de Causis" )

A potency without the possibility of actuality destroys nature. - Aristotle

Fourthly, out of the Element there proceeds forth a watery Property; and yet it is only to be understood spiritually : This is the Water of which Christ said he would give us to drink : And whosoever should drink thereof it should spring up in him to a Fountain of Eternal Life: It is the Water above the Firmament of which Moses speaks, that God has separated from the external Waters under the Firmament: This watery and elemental Property proceeds from the Essence of the Free Lubet, which is consumed in the Fire and the Word of the Understanding (which has now manifested itself in the Fire) does express these Powers from itself, as a living and moving Essence; and herein the Angelical World is understood. - Jacob Boehme (“Mysterium Magnum”)

I became a servant of this gospel by the gift of God’s grace given me through the working of his power. Although I am less than the least of all the Lord’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the boundless riches of Christ, and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose that he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. - Ephesians 3: 7-12

True love for God is completed when there is no more searching for him, for the sake of nobility, goodness, wisdom, holiness, and perfection; he is the God. - Albertus Magnus “Paradisus animae, sive Tractatus de virtutibus” (“Paradise of the Soul”) (13th century)

It is fit that they who desire for the good of mankind, to commit to memory things most profitable, well weighed and approved, should make trial of all things. - Cicero

That inner ecstasy of the mind is the secret fountain of perpetual youth and strength in any man. He who finds it finds omnipotence and omniscience. - Walter Russell

In history, a great volume is unrolled for our instruction, drawing the materials of future wisdom from the past errors and infirmities of mankind. - Edmund Burke

Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward. For there you have been, and there you will always long to return. - John H. Secondari

It is the unemotional, reserved, calm, detached warrior who wins, not the hothead seeking vengeance and not the ambitious seeker of fortune. - Sun Tzu

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.“ - Psalm 91: 1-2

Wisdom from Robert Fludd (aka Robertus de Fluctibus) (1574 - 1637):

Particulars are frequently fallible, but universals never. Occult philosophy lays bare Nature in her complete nakedness, and alone contemplates the wisdom of universals by the eyes of intelligence. Accustomed to partake of the rivers which flow from the Fountain of Life, it is unacquainted with grossness and with clouded waters.

Which of us has, at this day, the ability to discover those true and vivific numbers whereby the elements are united and bound to one another?

But, good God, what is this when compared with that deep and true music of the wise, whereby the proportions of natural things are investigated, the harmonical concord and the qualities of the whole world are revealed, by which also connected things are bound together, peace established between conflicting elements, and whereby each star is perpetually suspended in its appointed place by its weight and strength, and by the harmony of its lucent spirit.

In Elementary Music The Relation Of Earth To The Sphere of Water is 4 to 3, As There Are In The Earth Four Quarters of Frigidity to Three of Water.

Geomancy was a natural art, drawing on the inborn powers of the human soul to glean information from the larger soul of the world.

Marvelous is the love and fellowship of the flesh and the soul, of the spirit of life and the mud of the earth: for the whole man may be said to be formed from these two conjoined. For thus it is written: “God made man from the mud of the earth, and breathed the breath of life into his face ”[Genesis 2:7], giving him sense and intellect, so that through sense he might vivify the clay associated with him, and through intellect rule it; that likewise he might enter inwardly through the intellect and contemplate the wisdom of God, and outwardly through the sense behold the works of his wisdom. God illuminated the intellect from within but adorned the sense without, so that the whole man might find recreation in both, namely felicity within and enjoyment without. But since outward things cannot last long, man is bidden to turn from the things without to the things within and to ascend from the things within to the things above, that is to say from sense to imagination, from imagination to reason, from reason to intellect, thence to mind or intelligence and thus to God.

I was whilest I did sojourne in Rome, acquainted with a very learned and skillful personage, called Master Gruther. Hee was by birth of Swisserland, and for his excellency in the Mathematick, and in the Art of Motions and inventions of Machines, he was much esteemed by the Cardinall of Saint George. This gentleman taught mee the best of my skill in those practices: and amongst the rest, he delivered this magneticall experiment unto me, as a great secret, assuring me that it was tried in his Country, upon many with good successe…

Wisdom from Mouni Sadhu (Mieczyslaw Demetriusz Sudowski):

Everything is flowing. The Great River of Time takes everything with it, and nothing in this world remains unchanged or stabilized.

Man creates the link between Nature and Archetype.

Saints and mystics have developed considerable degrees of concentration and ability to exclude the mind’s activities from the field of awareness.

There are signs which indicate that our meditation is really leading us to samadhi, when we are free from all thought of the body and of the ‘ego’, and when thoughts and feelings are stilled.

Although all kinds of mental and emotional vibrations are present around us at all times, men usually respond to those most familiar to them, just as different radio receivers have varying ranges of reception.

Whoever has made peace in himself thereby possesses power.

The power that allows us to reach one-pointedness in our mind is called: attention, or interest in a particular subject.

Wisdom from Neville Goddard:

Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled and observe the route that your attention follows.

Dare to believe in the reality of your assumption and watch the world play its part relative to its fulfillment.

An awakened imagination works with a purpose. It creates and conserves the desirable, and transforms or destroys the undesirable.

For life makes no mistakes and always gives man that which man first gives himself.

Man fails to do the works of Jesus Christ because he attempts to accomplish them from his present level of consciousness. You will never transcend your present accomplishments through sacrifice and struggle. Your present level of consciousness will only be transcended as you drop the present state and rise to a higher level. You rise to a higher level of consciousness by taking your attention away from your present limitations and placing it upon that which you desire to be. Do not attempt this in day-dreaming or wishful thinking but in a positive manner. Claim yourself to be the thing desired. I AM that; no sacrifice, no diet, no human tricks. All that is asked of you is to accept your desire. If you dare claim it, you will express it.

Imagination and faith are the secrets of creation.

To desire a state is to have it.
