Imposter syndrome basically means having constant self doubt about your abilities despite having evidence of the fact that you CAN actually do what you want to do. For example when you get a job because you are good at it but you feel like you don’t deserve it and you don’t actually belong there (aka like an imposter). 
I’ve been writing stories for a while now but I have a few projects at the back of my mind that always feel too ambitious to try writing. I can’t always tell if it’s just imposter syndrome or maybe I need to get my writing skill to a higher level first… But lately I’ve realised that if I don’t at least TRY chipping away at writing those - I may never get to do them at alll. Hmmm. I’ll keep at it hehe :> I can get better through practice.
