It’s 2015. ALMOST 2016. I can’t take ANY “activist” seriously if they aren’t vegan. I can’t take ANY “movement” seriously, if it’s not SIMULTANEOUSLY campaigning for veganism and animal rights. The lowest form of civility on this planet is that which we extend to animals; I mean, human rights are important and they DEFINITELY need improvement–but AT LEAST we don’t have to worry about being LITERALLY raised for slaughter and eaten by a species that’s sharing this planet with us. AT LEAST we don’t scoop up homeless humans and euthanize them if their owners don’t claim them after a few weeks. AT LEAST we don’t have our skins LITERALLY peeled from our screaming, bleeding bodies, where we’re then thrown into a pile of other, skinless, blood and shit-soaked humans, writhing and crying and begging for death. AT LEAST we aren’t killed JUST so someone can make an ash tray out of our hands, or cut off our noses to make piano keys or get an erection. AT LEAST we don’t have our arms sliced off and our bodies discarded, just so someone else can eat shitty soup.

I mean, this list goes on and on and, again: I UNDERSTAND THAT WE FACE AN EGREGIOUS AMOUNT OF HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS FROM CORPORATE GOVERNMENTS THAT KEEP US AS WAGE SLAVES AND KILL US IN THE STREETS WITHOUT RECOURSE…

But you can’t say that you’d rather trade places with a chicken.
You can’t HONESTLY or INTELLIGENTLY say that you’d rather be a buffalo.

Because, when you can be LEGALLY slaughtered and eaten–served up at the table for celebrations ALL AROUND THE WORLD–there’s no greater SYSTEMIC threat to your existence and there’s NO HOPE for your survival.

So smack on whatever bumper stickers you want and scribble anything you’d like on your protest sign; but, if you aren’t ACTUALLY LIVING what you preach, about compassion and equality and fairness and justice, by living a VEGAN lifestyle and DEMANDING animal liberation alongside whatever your cause is, then YOU are JUST AS BAD as the oppressors you are trying to overthrow, because YOU–like your oppressors–haven’t dedicated yourself to being a voice and a champion for the MOST oppressed individuals on this planet, so YOU–like your oppressors–will continue to inflict the damage and terror and torture that you so desperately want to avoid, upon others who–despite their appearances–are not so different from you.

Rupert Murdoch is like Ebenezer Scrooge, if Scrooge had just decided to ignore the life lessons learned from his ethereal travels with the Christmas spirits, and instead continue plundering and hoarding his way through life, waging war on happiness until his dying day.

-Bernie Sanders will win the election

-The Imperial-Corporatist government of the United States will continue its unchecked reign of terror and tumult throughout the Middle East

-Unarmed black people will continue to be slaughtered by state terrorists without any legal recourse

-American women will continue to be arrested for simply attempting to exercise the same rights as American men

-The rich will continue to amass their billions in blood money, and the poor will continue to adjust their sense of “normality” to new lows and blame themselves for their disparity

-People will experience a galvanizing moment of tragedy–one that could unite all peoples against their worldwide oppressors–but cowardice and wage slave mentality will cause them to abandon the call for direct action and call for “hopes and prayers” instead

-Things will continue to get worse

-People will continue to look forward to 2017 (a NEW year), when things will somehow magically get better on their own

What’s pragmatically changed over the last four years?

What’s improved?

I spent nearly three years just smoking weed and trying to escape all this nonsense—America; the hypocrisy—but, I wasn’t able to get out.

I wasn’t able to break free.

I suppose I can slide some photos in here soon, but there’s no end to that. Body cam footage changes nothing (pragmatically) and protest photos have become photo shoots and terror-porn.

How many bodies have to stack up under the boot heel of this star-spangled machine?

How long will fools love their foolishness and loathe wisdom?

Is nobody else just flat-out o v e r this nonsense?

How much longer will cowards insist on pouring blood into a bottomless bucket?

Is there no more sense?

Have all gone to sleep?

Where’s the revolution? Where’s the upheaval?

I’m tired, y’all.

My voice grows hoarse and my eyes, weary.

It’s not “philanthropy”

It’s restitution.

See the truth for what it is, and don’t thank a man for surrendering to you the remaining crumbs that were once your slice of the pie.

The first primaries are coming up fast and if Bernie Sanders is going to turn his lead in the polls in early states into a primary victory young people NEED to vote. In just a few months all this activism comes to a head and Bernie Sanders has a very real chance at winning.

image

Bernie Sanders is already winning in two of these early states and by much wider margins than previous Democratic challenger candidates. This can become a real victory, it really can.

image

Unfortunately though there is a huge obstacle to overcome, a lot of Bernie Sanders supporters are young voters who consistently fail to show up to the polls come election day.

image

If young people turn out to vote though at rates far above 13%, even as low as 50%, that would be MASSIVE. That would fundamentally change how our government responds to the needs of young people. It is a tall order, but it isn’t that hard. Registering to vote isn’t that difficult and there is no reason that anyone should not be registered by the deadline. It needs to be done soon, but there is still plenty of time.

Okay actually, for some people there isn’t much time left. NEW YORKERS REGISTER TO VOTE NOW! Everyone else, there is some breathing room, but get on it. Below is a link to all the paper work you need, from there it is up to you. Share with your friends and family, help them register, help them get to the polls, and lets get Bernie Sanders elected president.

It doesn’t stop there though, you need to know how to vote and how each primary election type is different.

image

BLUE STATES: Anyone of any party affiliation can vote for Bernie Sanders in the Democratic Primary.

RED STATES: Red states are closed primaries, meaning you MUST BE A REGISTERED DEMOCRAT. You need to be a Democrat if you want to vote for Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primary.

PURPLE STATES: Are Caucuses and the party affiliation required differs by state.

GREEN STATES: Most Green states are mixed primaries, meaning INDEPENDENTS or NON-AFFILIATED voters and DEMOCRATS can vote for Bernie Sanders. You can not vote for Bernie Sanders as a registered REPUBLICAN, in one of the red states.

ONE MORE THING IN THE STATE HIGHLIGHTED BELOW YOU CAN VOTE FOR BERNIE SANDERS IN THE PRIMARY ELECTION IF YOU ARE 17 AND WILL BE 18.

EVERYONE REGISTER TO VOTE. WE CAN WIN THIS THING. WE WILL WIN THIS THING. BERNIE SANDERS 2016!

The definition of insanity: doing the same thing and expecting different results.

Translation?

You can’t expect the system that ENSLAVES you, to also be the system that SAVES you.

Politics will be the last nail in our collective coffin.

Just imagine all the celebration when the United States concludes its brief chapter in the history books.

is…is this real?

Nah, there’s NO WAY that 30 PERCENT of republicans support bombing ANY section of the Middle East. That’s just ridiculous!

That figure is WAAAAAAYY too low. Pretty sure it’s more like 100%
