Got around to making the first of many of these fur pouch bags. Came out pretty decent and it’s super soft. If I had a giant sheet instead of small trim of this stuff I’d make a pillow! Perfect for any outfit one would wear at a renfaire or medieval type attire. Meant for coins but big enough to hold some other small items too, like keys, or ID cards. Should have these up in the shop soon!
Alchemist/Doctor medicine vial box is now complete! Took it for a test run outside, and by run, I mean wearing it casually walking around…not running around. Sadly I dont have a cool medieval attire to showcase with it. Passed with high expectations though! No mini vials popping out of the side hub, and nothing chaotic happened inside the bag. The bag stays close to the hip and doesnt weigh the belt down while walking around. The latch lock works well for the flap and it’s easy to open and close while being worn. The clasps on the O rings are removable and can be put at the ends of a long strap of it has a hole to hook them in and can be worn over the shoulder as well. Look for this to be listed soon!
Final design outcome of the belt attachment to vial box. I do need to get two clasps so they can hook onto the vial box. I have silver ones but for this I’ll need bronze ones. Overall I like how its come out. Will have full picture up in the near future. … … …
Making a belt attachment to go to the vial medical box I made. So it will have two ways to be worn. Design almost looks like a face mask one would wear to a ballroom dance back during the renaissance. Will have to test it out when all done to see how it supports the vial box, such as comfort wear, or if the box will tug or make belt sag on waist and so forth.
☆☆SOLD☆☆ Small suede belt pouch with two vial holders is going to it’s new home tomorrow. As well as a vial belt plate holder. Still have another for sale on my Etsy shop (link in bio) but will be making more with different flap attachments and accessories. Would love to see the outfit the person will use these for tho!
So I have a few various bottle types I purchased for cosplay/larp projects. But I wanted to see what others thought I should make with them. So my question goes out to you guys and gals. What would you like to see made with these? Flask holders, belt potions, or alchemy storage box like I made a few months back? Or something entirely different! Let me know in the comments
This pouch will be up in the shop soon. Large waist pouch made from suede leather with the flap and front latch made from vegetable tanned leather and dyed dark brown. The flap attaches to the pouch by a deer antler tip from the underside, making it not only easy to open and close but keeps it from popping open when being worn. Very handy for LARP, Renfaire, or cosplay conventions since the pouch is very large and can hold lots of items while keeping a costume aesthetic feel.

Got two large belt pouches set up and ready for the final stitching. Can tell how much contrast there is between the tan and brown dye. Brown is top and tan is bottom. Really love the coloring of the tan. Once finished they will be put up in my etsy shop with the other items. Shop link is in bio.
Two more pouches after this and then a bracer to finish up.
A while back someone requested me to make them this custom bracer. The concept was drawn and everything was a go. However sadly it did not meet up to expectations and was returned. Was kind of devastating but it actually got me into what it was made for and that was a steampunk outfit. I’ve been interested in steampunk stuff for a while but this was like a big push into furthering that interest and now I’ve been wanting to make steampunk goggles and hats and corsets. So what turned out as a negative recharged I to a positive. I’ll be listing this bracer up for sale soon as well.
Getting ready to restock these soon. I have a few left. Also adding some pictures for color variation for better visuals on how they appear. They seem to be a shop favorite of mine.
Medieval Alchemist / Medicine box. Will have this listed up in my Etsy shop by this weekend. Link to my shop is in my bio! Will update story when it is listed and it’s the only one so first come first serve! Will come with all pictured: 2 bottles, 9 large vials and case, 6 small vials, and belt attachment piece. A long strap can be used for over the shoulder carry as well if it has clasps on the end of strap to hook onto the boxes handles.
I will not be gambling these away… #CountdownToCosplay #solo #landocalrissian #lando #milleniumfalcon #StarWars #Cosplay #costume #cosplayaccessories #plussizecosplay #cosplayingwhileblack #blackcosplayer https://www.instagram.com/p/B2o_0sgHSUB/?igshid=pgt4a2xaliz9
For my deer spirit photoshoot, I set up a Japanese room using a backdrop, shoji screen, sheer fabric and a bunch of decor items I have collected. That little table and the bamboo mat have come in so handy for shoots! I pulled out two of my vintage kimonos and styled a Heian-era inspired look, and I’m so pleased with how well the Mystic antlers matched. Since I bought both kimonos in Japan and schlepped them all the way back, it was nice to finally break them out! And of course I had to use the blue spider Lilly I made as a prop!
