Extremely honored to have been asked by @Blizzard & the team at @PlayOverwatch to do an illustration for their Anniversary event! This was in celebration of their latest #Archives mission- Storm Rising, located in the new, beautiful Havana map. As a huge fan of #Overwatch and the company, I’m so excited to have been able to work on this & share it with you now!

I like Talon family and I like Akande especially, but this Dagon skin is ridiculous, when I imagine Doom wearing it in front of his comrades xD Though we all know, that Akande and Reaper are fond of costumes (remember the comic Masquerade), so never mind.

Okay, on request by my beloved @emile-hides romantically charged Doomfist headcanons:
- Does the ‘offering his partner his arm to hold onto’-maneuver whenever he gets the chance. Greatly prefers walking like that to holding hands
- Generally just very into the aesthetics of old school chivalry. Holds doors, slides out chairs the whole shebang
- Very visual. Can seem really intense in that he likes just looking at his partners. You can sit there reading or something and look up to find that Akande is outfight staring at you smiling ruefully
- Similarly, he will never shy away from eye contact. It’s his way of showing attentiveness and interests but it can be quite intense
- He is fairly generous with compliments and delivers them all in a cadence like he’s stating absolute fact. Will react to objections or humility like you’re trying to tell him 2+2 isn’t4
- Won’t tolerate pet- or nicknames. Maybe an occasional ‘darling’ but that’s really pushing it
- Not overtly flirting, especially not to strangers. Established partners get treated to the full charm offensive at least once a week though
- Can have a tendency to be fairly private and a little closed off. Is rigorous in keeping his private and professional life strictly separate
- Lives an extravagant life when he feels like it and it is something he almost impulsively includes his partners in. Yet another aspect where modesty - be it false or genuine - is immediately and almost offhandedly dismissed
Oh yeah definitely go read it right now! A lot of my Doomfist is inspired by this extremely epic oneshot - as well as everything overwatch-does-stuff has ever said about him! - and should probably have been included in the op post outright!

I never played Overwatch before but I saw this new character that’s being realized and I felt like I had to take a crack at him. Doomfist, players. You’re welcome.

Was inspired by Johnson Ting’s fan art of Pharah, and made this for myself just to see that boy used the Doomfist’s arm become THE Doomfist!

The line-up for Sharper Than Knives: The Talon Centric Zine is finally here!! Sorry for the wait everyone! 30 artists and 5 writers were chosen for this project which will feature mainly group pieces and a few solo pieces for each Talon member.
As of right now, the book is set to go up for pre-orders early March!
