^now we get into some more collage-oriented covers. One thing I discovered during this process was how much I liked ones that resembled an actual book cover.

^one of my earlier attempts; you may recognize these photos from the Express Yourself “poster” I put up a while ago. I wanted to try the “collage” approach without it being quite so busy with so many photos.

actually I have more bullshit about stories tonight. I saw someone in twitter who’d posted a photo of their really beautiful ofmd tattoo with the caption “I know it’s cringe when people get tattoos of shows haha but” and that made me sad because it’s not. To take a story that has affected you and place that on your body is like. that’s a holy act to me. and maybe that sounds like nonsense but being weird about stories is what I do here and I am not going to stop
