Secondly:bunch of Max’s (he/they) expressions … !! i fail so hard at keeping a design consistent.. just gotta find the Perfect skintone im looking for (fingers crossed)
Thirdly: Max’s spirit shroud, spirit guardians, and spiritual weapon effects!! Max (he/they) is a grifter by choice and cleric by accident. they didnt know who their divine benefactor was until recently, and it is ‘the goddess of lies, secrets, and mists’! so the choice to make all their spell effects smoky/foggy/misty seemed natural ;>

The sky wounded by birds was stained with blood. The raging winds blinded me, weaving a wreath of hair strands. The screams multiplied and it seemed there were no other sounds in the world, only this all-consuming song of despair.
