Saturday: Twice a year, we have Black Belt Tests… Very proud of our students! 15 new 1st Degree Black Belts and 3 new 2nd Degree Black Belts!
Then I had to take a quick shower before heading to Emily’s Birthday Party. I love these two.

Sunday: We had a last minute trip to Portland to get our engravings done on our Wedding bands. As we were leaving, we saw this prank at the Somerset Fountain… reminded me of Richie Rich. LOL
We always cop and do our jewelry work with Stephanie from Tiffany & Co in Portland. She invited us to come early to this Private Event and it was dope. Food and drinks and got our Wedding Band stuff done!
Then we went to Tin Shed for brunch! Fresh Squeeze Mango Lemonade, Everything Nice, and Everything Naughty!
We went to Salt & Straw nearby and I really liked the Trail Mix Ice Cream!!!
Then we went back home, watched Game of Thrones, and purchased this…

Thursday: Tyler came over and brought over some goodies that he brought back for us from Japan! Delicious Green Tea Biscuits!!!
Friday: Stacey and I went to India Gate for lunch! It was VERY GOOD! I’m so glad to be near a bomb Indian spot!
After work, Stacey and I went to Stacey’s parents’ home for dinner! We got to see their new car! It was BALLER!!!! And Stacey’s mom made an amazing dinner!!!
Saturday: After work, Stacey and I went out to eat with my parents!

Then Stacey and I tried out this gelato spot in Maple Valley! It’s not too far from where my parents live and it was really delicious!
Sunday: We went out to Serious Biscuits for brunch with Shellin and Justin! It was really good and it was fun times! Great meeting Justin! Stole this photo from Shellin, she had the best picture… LOL Thank you, Shellin!

Friday: After work, I stopped by Famous Dave’s to grab a drink with my boy, James! I haven’t seen him in a while. It was a great time! Always great seeing my bro!
For dinner, we went to Lot No. 3. We ordered the Fish Sandwich and the Reuben. They were both delicious!
Saturday: We went to watch Cinderella on Saturday with the Hurlbut family! We love spending time with Uncle Howie, Auntie Nalyn, Aaron, and Audrey! I didn’t take any pictures, I forgot. Fail! LOL But Cinderella was AMAZING! Just take my money, Disney! Then we went to a Thai restaurant near by where Audrey ate all the Pad See Uw and Mango. LOL

Sunday: My dad’s birthday is the following Tuesday, but we celebrated it on Sunday! It was a special birthday and I love seeing them smile. haha My mom made amazing food! Stacey baked an amazing cake! Toasted Pecans FTW!
My dad’s birthday also means the anniversary of my blog. It’s the 2 year anniversary. Wow. Thanks to anyone who reads these things. It’s not the best blog. It’s just a little insight into my life. My mom told me to keep a diary when I was 10 years old. I tried for 2 weeks and failed. Well, I made it to 2 years, mom. I’m going to continue!
Speaking of my mom. She got into a bad accident this week. But miraculously, the driver’s seat was untouched. So thankful that nothing happened to her. A car can be replaced, she cannot be replaced.

Friday: I teach at Boeing on Friday’s, if you work at Boeing or you’re related to anyone who works at Boeing, come join the Boeing Taekwondo Club and learn from me every Friday!
After work, Stacey and I went to Mr. Gyro’s for dinner! Their sherwarma plate is just delicious!
After dinner, we met up Tyler and Emily for dessert! Emily is leaving on Saturday, so we decided to hang out once more at Pie Bar! First time for us and it didn’t disappoint! I got the Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie… Yeah. Incredible.
Saturday: Before we went out for my mom’s birthday lunch, Stacey went out and got me a Samoa cupcake from Trophy! She’s the best!
My mom wanted to get California Pizza Kitchen! Hey, whatever she wants, she gets! :)
I love seeing her happy. Later that night, she texted me saying that she’s “proud” and that she loves me. My dad also texted me that. I think they’re just happy that I’m finding my way. And they love Stacey. She’s just really wonderful to my family. She went out to my mom’s favorite bakery and got her favorite item. She bought her an amazing birthday gift. She baked her birthday cake again for several years in a row. She’s just the best. Not debatable.
After my mom’s birthday festivities, we went over to Nica’s house for her birthday party! They delayed her birthday party by a few weeks, I think her family was busy. Nevertheless, it’s always so much fun! Thank you to the Mendoza family for hosting an awesome party! Happy Birthday, Nica! Love you!
Jason asked me if I “wanted to checked out Stars in the Sky” with him. Of course, I said “yes!”…. lol Okay, I was confused at first. “Stars in the Sky” is a Korean bar/Chicken spot… lol I was down! It was a great time! Drinks, good food, norebang! The pizza corn cheese is OFFICIAL!!!! OMG! So good! Fun times with my bro!
Sunday: On Sunday, Stacey and I went to Vancouver! I love going to Canada for a few reasons. I love the food, the culture, and I love turning off my phone. lol We went to Banana Leaf, first for lunch! Stacey is in love with their Roti. It’s amazing. I love their Nasi Goreng. I forget what the curry is called but it was DELICIOUS!
Next, one of our favorite gelato spots in the world is in Vancouver! Bella Gelateria! Their Buko Pandan and Torroncino is AMAZING!
We walked around and checked out the shops for a while. Before we left, we grabbed our favorite poutine from Fritz!!!
On our way home, we stopped in Everett for dinner. We stopped at some Cuban spot. It was okay. Not amazing. Not bad. We got the Cubano and Lomo Saltado.
