Next up in the Inktober Challenge of Darkly-Inclined characters is Ingrid from Disney’s Fillmore! Fillmore was a show I didn’t really watch all that much as it came out when I got into watching more cartoons on Cartoon Network at the time. I caught a few episodes and only remembered a little bit of it but I remember thinking Ingrid had such a cool design. There’s not a whole lot I can say as I haven’t seen the show in a long while and I’ll need to give it a watch sometime later but I really enjoyed drawing her. :)

Mr. Henry Anderson
has been living in the same apartment building in the Fillmore for 43 years. since it was built during the redevelopment of the 60′s.
but now the building is for sale and he might be evicted for a new wave of redevelopment.

one of my fave cartoons ever, Fillmore! i started this drawing months ago but didn’t have time to finish it until now.
in my mind, ingrid will always be asian. did anyone else think so too?

Eda Clawthorne from The Owl House sounds familiar to me. I think I’ve heard her voice before, let me check who her voice actress is.
Let’s see, Eda is voiced by Wendie Malick…who also voiced Principal Folsom in Fillmore!, the cartoon about the Safety Patrol that aired from 2002 to 2004. So that’s where I’ve heard her voice before; I used to enjoy that cartoon.
