I HC that moon is actually rlly good with robotics and whatnot since they spend so much time in the maintenance tunnels (or at least assuming they do)
Like they know how to take apart/put together the other animatronics to some degree. (I also like to believe moon is the one who removed Freddy’s head after dragging him off for Vanessa)
I feel like it started with them being neglected so moon said “fuck this I’ll fix myself” and thus began their search for knowledge!
The staff bots in their room could be spare parts or something they practiced on

MEET THE FAZCREW!! aka the main four that run around the pizzaria and manage it
williamandhenry are the founders of the establishment, and the ones that really keep the business afloat. they go around fredbear’s talking with the folks and performing onstage :]
william focuses on the business and entertainment side, while henry focuses on the mechanics and engineering
☎️phone guy (goes by all pronouns btw)!! hes the guy that manages all the pizzaria’s marketing. they answer all the phone calls they get, and is overall the coolest guy to talk to,, she helps introduce new employees and security guards to the establishment :)
and lastly, fritz smith (goes by they/them)! the oddball, youngest, newest, and quietest of the four, but is the main backbone of the place. they deal with the mechanics, fixing the animatronics and repairing machines as they go by. they like to stay away from the crowd and man the establishment backstage.
theyre super close friends with phone guy and henry, seeing henry as a dad figure and pg as motivational support!! william to fritz is. terrifying. mainly because of how energetic will is and how . EXTREMELY TALL he is to fritz

before he became a teen, mike used to be a whole different person. back when evan and elizabeth weren’t around yet, he had a super close relationship with his parents, especially his dad. (way to go mustard boy )
all of them would go out to fairs, go fishing, get icecream, go on roadtrips,, and this was all before fazbear’s was really a thing, so their lives were a lot more humble!
as michael grew up however, he became more and more distant from his father. he didnt enjoy the old things they used to do, annoyed from his dad’s overbearing nature.
he remained close to clara, but kept away from will. in the good timeline, i can see how william was overwhelmed with this. :(( he wanted to get closer with mike, but mike kept pushing back.
these were the first few years william was starting to get whites in his hair, from all the stress that comes with taking care of a kid for the first time jahsjshhs !! he got more white hairs over time due to stress, along with clara.
i like to imagine because of william’s extremely bad vision, clara guides him around the place while he clings onto her, gahansnd i lovbe them <33
theyre super physically affectionate towards each other, and everytime they see each other, they shower each other with hugs!!
also a new hc,, william seems like that one doof to always make “eep” noises everytime he jumps or gets alerted. my friends suggested that whenever he was bored, he would do cat noises and i just thought it was so stupid that is was funne IAHAJSHS
just imagine whenever theyre out in the backyard in the dark, while clara helps william walk, everytime he bumps into something he goes “EEP.” “A.”

i love to imagine william was a shy, all over the place dork. he still carries his introverted traits into adulthood. :] he melts at the slightest bit of physical affection
clara was an all over social butterfly that loved being outgoing, and lets say elizabeth took after claras personality!
henry was a humble guy that befriended many folks back then, knows his friends, willing to help them out. hes known clara for a long time, and was eager to introduce her to will!
