Only a few days left. Today was a busy, busy day so I forgot to take a picture. Thankfully, one of my coworkers did!

We had a delicious mixed rice, cucumber pickles, a very slimy noodle soup. It featured okra heavily but had a mild taste. Finally, lots of fried smelt. There was also a jelly for dessert. It was the tanebata festival so it was star themed.

Absolutely delicious lunch. Fried iwashi fish, cucumber and cabbage salad, white rice and a massive bowl of some sort of potato and tofu salad. There was also a tomato but you know I didn’t eat that.
