Hello! Im in need of $80 for my prescriptions and I’ve been without my hormones for a minute now and feel like SHIT. If anyone could donate or share/reblog that’s also very appreciated.

Anyways I’m really excited to go back to college bc I have all morning classes which means I’ll be working out afterwards still in the morning and I’m just really excited to start pushing myself again esp since I’ve been taking this break to research and practice form

There’s also a field next to the gym that’s open so,, might start running on that cause I hate treadmills with a burning passion

AND I GOT AN AIR FRYER so I can do more meal prep than I did last semester. I skipped breakfast and lunch idk how many times just bc I didn’t have time to go to a dining hall or wait on fast food lines

About a month ago I started to work out again. This is the first time since I first got sick with lupus. It hasn’t been as consistent as I hoped because I’m coming off some meds and the withdrawal symptoms can be pretty rough sometimes. But still, it’s good to be back working out whether at home exercises, in the gym, or swimming. It’s nice to get back to being more active. I’m enjoying seeing some changes especially now that I’m on the year countdown until lower surgery but more than anything I’m just enjoying being able to be more active again. It’s odd that less than a year ago, I wasn’t really able to walk, and now I just finished 40 minutes of weight lifting and body weight exercises.
