He stutters and eventually gives up trying to form a coherent sentence.
Hides behind his hands and refuses to look you in the eyes for the next like,,,, hour.
The next time he feels self conscious about how he looks, he finds himself thinking about that comment and it actually gives him some extra confidence.
Kazuichi
O H. OKAY.
He tries to play it off, be suave, and pretend that the comment doesn’t affect him but really??? He just died a little inside like what a compliment.
He probably tries to compliment you back in a similar flirty manner but just stumbles until you tell him that you know what he’s trying to say and that you appreciate it.
Like 3 days later in the middle of a normal conversation, without warning, he’ll look at you and just ask “okay but,,,, what kind of porn do i look like i act in???”

Externally he blushes a bit and kinda plays off the statement as if he isn’t effects.
Internally?? “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!”
Like he will be thinking about that for days and it gives him a boost in confidence for a while.
You probably walk in on him flexing in the mirror later because he’s trying to figure out if he’s actually that attractive to you.

He looks at you like you just said something that’s completely impossible.
He thinks you’re joking and kinda making fun of his appearance.
Once you confirm that, no, you actually think he looks like a porn star, he looks at you with so much love in his eyes.
Sure, it may be a bit of an odd thing to take to heart, but if you think he looks great in that disguise, he gains confidence that you’ll love him no matter what.
Teruteru
He looks shocked for about 2 seconds. Those two seconds are over fast and he says he agrees with a particularly dirty joke.
Instantly suggests that you look like a porn star as well, and maybe you two should star in one together ;)
He thinks about what you said for a while after that and gets a little quieter with a little smile on his face.
Trust me, he tries to play it off and he (kinda) does, but he thinks about the comment later and actually appreciates the compliment.
Nekomaru
This man is absolutely f l o o r e d you would say something like that.
He stares at you in silence for a minute before laughing boisterously.
He’s super smiley for the next half an hour and lets you know that he genuinely sees that as a huge compliment.
Prepare to be showered in compliments later, he wants you to feel appreciated the same way he does.
Gundham
Hides under his scarf like his whole face you cant even see his eyes he just,,,, covers his whole blushy face.
Through the fabric of his scarf, you hear a muffled “…thank you.”
Give him about 5 minutes and hell be back to normal, dont worry about it.
He returns a more poetic compliment before kissing your hand, but his face is still pretty red.
Komaeda
He looks at you like you’re insane for a second, but then he starts to smile.
Lets be real he probably starts to go into a spiel about how you give him so much hope for his life and future, but he’s sure to repay the compliment.
He kisses your forehead and thanks you for thinking so highly of him, even though he claims there’s no reason to praise him.
He thinks about that compliment for a really long time, it just kinda sticks with him. You can find him smiling about it later.
