#helena illustrates

LIVE

Late night painting. I am excited but terrified to paint the design on her kimono.

Keep summoning. Happy Halloween everyone!

Guys, I am now on #INPRNT! ♥️

This shop focuses solely on art prints reproduced on archival paper and archival inks, and can come either framed or unframed. Canvas and acrylic prints are also available, as well as art cards.

This took almost three hours to make. I started around past 11 last night and by 2AM, I was still drawing away. His hair and nagagi stripes took forever.

“Lassulus” prints are now available on my #Society6 shop! Drop by and check them out.

More doodles! A little character sheet for my moon bunny.

Sketch! I’m trying to sketch more, just to keep myself occupied and just mostly because some ideas need to be drawn out.

Got a new sketchbook (yay!) and for my first drawing, I just felt like drawing the María Clara. The María Clara is a traditional Filipino dress which became popular in the Spanish era.

More prints of my paintings are now available on my #Society6 shop! They come in different sizes and frames. Head over to https://society6.com/amaranthinedreams to check them out!

Just a little more detail and I’ll be done!

Late-night painting! I love working on her hair. I wish that was my hair color.

More late-night painting. It’s fun painting koi.

Nunu and Ham on the way home from the market.

When I draw men, I usually prefer to draw ikemen, but today is pretty boy day.

Inspired by Jaebeom’s hair during GoT7’s Not By The Moon era. Because that hairstyle was amazing.

Found an old tiny canvas and tried painting on it with some acrylic paint. First time using acrylics and wasn’t used to how different they were from watercolor. This small 10x10cm canvas took several hours.

物の哀れ

All things wonderful

Fleeting and fading

Everlastingly ephemeral

Yet devastatingly beautiful.

Just a bit more and it will be finished! I enjoyed painting all the tiny details but they take forever.
