Tldr enjoy this thing i’m making where i’m redrawing a screenshot of High & Low into Tokyo revengers. Character is Takagi Tsukasa, Yoshiki Murayama and Arata Maekawa if you wanna know why and what i have a post ab this. Murayama’s actor is fcking flawless like wow he sells his character as a sociopathic freak kid so well
If you’re a Tokyo revengers enjoyer, i’d recommend High & Low. It’s on netflix- just a pretty neat Japanese thingie about gangs. If you’re into the whole japanese gang fights thing this is another one up there. Gud fights. And the actor for Murayama absolutely kills it, he really sells it as a sociopathic lil man.
Chance Encounters is a High & Low fanfic where the reader keeps crossing paths with P and they slowly start to develop feelings for one another through these encounters. The reader is what’s known as a P8 brat, which is basically a human being with supernatural powers or abilities. The reader’s power is fire and you came to the SWORD district after receiving information about a spike in P8 activity in the area. Work has been good for you, but when you get a lead on a P8 brat you’ve been tracking for a while, you find more than you bargained for. This encounter soon blooms into many different encounters, much like the branches of a tree, and each encounter brings you that much closer to love, something you vowed to never find.
If you would have asked me a few months ago if I saw myself falling in love, I probably would have laughed in your face and told you that love didn’t exist, at least not in my world. The reason for my belief in this is pretty simple, though most laugh at it. The truth is, my bloodline is cursed - every time someone in my family falls in love, the one we love either leaves us destroyed or ends up taken from us before their time, usually in a brutal way. Thus is the curse of the L/N bloodline. As badly as I’d like to report that I stayed true to this, I didn’t. Just like all of my ancestors before me, I let my guard down and I fell in love but I won’t spoil too much for you. If you really want to know about the journey that led me down the road of love, then you’ll just have to follow my tale.

Can movement tell a story? Sure, if you’re as gifted as Akira Kurosawa. More than any other filmmaker, he had an innate understanding of movement and how to capture it onscreen. Join me today in studying the master, possibly the greatest composer of motion in film history.
