I’m not a ~ crystal girly ~ but I got a worry stone to help with my anxiety and panic attacks and this Shit really actually helps ground me and stay present in reality. I keep it with me at all times, usually working with it in my hand at my job. So if you have anxiety, maybe try a worry stone to help distract yourself??? It’s really helping me - had to share.
