#justice for johnny
To those of you wondering why the Johnny Depp v Amber Heard case is being broadcast live, and to those of you who think this is none of our business and it shouldn’t be public: this is for you.
Gonna preface this by saying I’m very bias towards Johnny so if you’re on Amber’s side get out you don’t want to see this. I’m not going to try to hide my biases or stay neutral for this post.
It’s actually EXTREMELY important that this court case be publicly available. I understand thinking that the funny YouTube clip shows are disrespectful and gross, they are, but there’s REASONS that this case is being streamed live, and it’s not for entertainment purposes.
Firstly, Johnny’s team fought for this court case to be live. They want everything public. So if you think Johnny doesn’t want this, you’re wrong. This whole court case is very much live because Johnny wanted it to be live. It was Amber’s team who wanted to keep it private. The case in UK was not streamed live, and Johnny lost. All information that was presented in that court case was lost to the public, besides what we were told. And the result? It made Johnny look a lot worse. It solidified for many that Amber’s claims were true. That’s not happening this time. This time, Johnny is making sure everyone gets to see everything, because as hard as it must be admitting to the world that he was victimized by Amber Heard, he felt he had to for the sake of his children. The world disgraced Johnny after Amber’s allegations came out. She claimed he was not only physically and verbally abusive to her, but that his own children were terrified of their father. Johnny is doing all this for the sole purpose of making sure his kids are able to live their lives without being mocked and ridiculed and belittled for having an “abusive” father. Johnny wants to show his kids that he is the good person he believes he is, and they believe he is. That’s why he fought for this to be live - because even if he loses this case, everything is now out in the open, and people are able to come to their own conclusions about him and Amber Heard. As far as that goes, he’s pretty much already won the court of public opinion. We’ll see if Amber’s team is able to turn that around.
Secondly, this case was already very public even before Johnny ever sued Amber. Amber came out with a public confession about her abuse, and called for Hollywood to blacklist Johnny. This was national news. Everyone knew about it. It cost Johnny his career. Especially at the height of the Me Too era, people automatically turned against him. The public message was clear: Johnny is an abusive wife-beater, and Amber is a victim. And Amber’s Op Ed regarding the affair made it EXTREMELY clear that she was not looking to keep the status of their relationship private. She went on a press tour after the divorce. She has always very publicly stated her side of the events. For Johnny’s side, his public statements have always been in response to Amber’s, denying her claims. The world already knew Amber’s testimony, from way back in 2016. This is the first time we are seeing Johnny’s side, which is being presented so nakedly to the public. And for Amber’s sake, her team is getting that exact same privilege. If this case was never national news, if people didn’t already have opinions formed on the situation, than I would understand wanting to keep it private. However, Johnny’s team wanted it public because Amber’s side was already public. They wanted to win back the public opinion, or at least have the truth out there clear as day, so Amber’s team wouldn’t be able to twist anything else.
Thirdly, I believe this case is important because it is an extremely high profile case that involves domestic abuse in a relationship where the accused perpetrator is a woman and the accusing victim is a man. It is no secret that in most domestic abuse cases, the woman’s side is taken. Male domestic abuse victims are rarely believed, and that needs to change. This isn’t to discredit female abuse victims, but male abuse victims should not be forced to live with their abuse or even worse, be mocked and ridiculed for speaking out against it. And even more so that the alleged abuser is now using her power to take revenge on her victim one last time, by ruining his career and making sure he’ll never have another job in Hollywood again. Johnny is here speaking not just for himself, but for male domestic abuse victims everywhere, who have been silenced by the absurd belief that “men can’t be the victims of abuse” or that “men who are abused are worthless cowards.” The stigma against male domestic abuse victims needs to be stopped. They need to know that they can come out against their abuser, and they will be heard. If Johnny wins this case it will be a huge step forward for male victims. Because it’s being so widely publicized, that’s already happening. Johnny is taking a public stance against domestic abuse and against abuse on men in particular, whether or not he realizes it.
In conclusion, please don’t watch this case for entertainment purposes only. But also don’t assume that that’s the reason it’s available to the public. Johnny’s team fought for this. Johnny wants everyone to know the truth, and whether you’re on his side or Amber’s, the truth WILL come out in this case. We’re about a week away from Amber’s cross examination, so we’ll see how things go from there. In the meantime, just try not to be an asshole.

The two alternates were Juror #2/B & Juror #8/H. Juror #2 is a Asian male, who is in the mid 20s. Juror #8 is a older White woman, who’s in her fifties. They were both assumed by lawyers and reporters, Ian (@.RunkleOfTheBailey), Larry @.DUI Guy), Rob (@.Law&Lumber), and James, (@JamesFromCourt) to be Pro-Johnny.
The remaining jury are these 7 individuals in total below.
1. Juror #1/A, a Asian male, assumed to be in his mid 20s to early 30s.
2. Juror #3/C, a Asian male, assumed to be in his mid 30s.
3. Juror #4/D, a Black woman, assumed to be in her mid 40s to early 50s.
4. Juror #5/E, a Asian woman, assumed to be in her early 30s.
5. Juror #6/F, a White man, assumed to be in his mid 60s.
6. Juror #7/G, a White man, assumed to be in his late 20s to early 30s.
7. Juror #9/I, a Asian man, assumed to be in his 40s. Interesting enough, this juror is assumed to be very Anti-Amber, to point of out right give her a scrawl when she was on the stand.
5 men, 2 women.
All of these 7 jurors must come to an unanimous decision to reach a verdict in this case.

It hasn’t started trending yet, but the fact that Johnny Depp was asked by WB to resign from playing Grindelwald, but at the same time his abuser is still employed at the same studio truly shows how fucking backwards the system is.
We fight for equality, we cry we’re feminists and deserve equal rights, yet when a man with fucking EVIDENCE GALORE comes out to say he’s been hurt and harrased, we fire him.
What’s the point of feminism if we don’t start treating everyone’s abuse and hurt the same way?
Fuck Warner Brothers, fuck DC for still having that pathetic excuse of a person Amber Heard employed. This is so stupid. And fuck Disney for not reaching out to Johnny and offering him Jack’s role back. I’m so sick of it all. I hope Johnny burns Amber to the ground at his trial and proves his point.

So I have deleted a certain part of this post since the trial has begun mainly because my full opinions have shifted since all the shit started to go down and I didn’t want that to stay up and reflect them anymore. I’m sure on some wayback machine or whatever it can be found, but I just don’t want that to be here anymore.
I wrote the post in November 2020 when the first pieces of evidence were presented from Depp’s side, so when the whole texts about Amber rotting in a car somewhere (don’t remeber fully what awas said) was really disgusting to me.
Now, that everything is being contextualized and presented by lawyers and him having to testify under oath, everything is being put into perspective. Do I want that to happen to Amber? No. Mainly because it’d mean she won’t have to deal with the aftermath and watch her world burn, which is what she deserves.
Her lying and manipulating has set the precedent for women coming out against abuse and abusers so far back it’s ridiculous.
Personally (and this is fully my opinion, I don’t have stats or anything to back it up), I don’t believe that once someone turns 50 or 60 or whatever they suddenly turn violent. Typically it’s a pattern and would start way before someone gets into their 50s. Yes, loads of people can hide how screwed up they are, but from what I’ve read, domestic abuse isn’t relegated to a single specific partner they’ve met after being in quite a few long-term relationships without any reportes abuse.
Amber on the other hand does have being violent towards a partner in her past. Although charges were not pressed, it doesn’t change the fact it did happen and people did see it.
All in all: justice for Johnny, fuck Amber and if you’re a Turd apologist kindly (but not kindly) unfollow me or I will simply block you. I’ve had enough shit to deal with this year already, I don’t need that in my life as well.

I’ve been watching Johnny Depp on the stand these past couple days and it is TRULY one of the most heart breaking testimonies. I CANNOT get over how truly heart broken, how I want to cry for him. He lost everything due to these false allegations, and she sits there with her crocodile tears while he’s speak and then PERKS RIGHT UP when he’s cross examined.
I am so angry for Johnny and his family, I’m so angry that even if he WINS, even though his testimony and evidence of him being abused for over 2 years comes to light, it doesn’t fucking matter.
Fuck Amber Heard, I hope she never gets another deal again.
The one moment of light I saw was when he was asked if he’d used any drugs since his recovery, and that damned proud smile on his face as he said ‘no’ made my heart melt.
Despite everything he’s gone through, he managed to not relapse and honestly I’m so fucking proud of how proud he is of himself. I don’t think after every piece of evidence that’s already been provided of the shit Turd put him through anyone could ever judge him for relapsing, for seeking that calmness as he did when he was a kid, but the fact that he was able to get through it without the drugs is remarkable. ❤️
As someone who’s been vaguely paying attention this trial, this video of Johnny Depp being a class act was too good to pass up. XD
Also huge LOL at the end where it shows him with his lawyer compared to Amber Turd with hers. It’s practically night and day.

-You know Amber Turd’s team is running on fumes if they think bringing up tabloid articles as damning evidence against Johnny Depp was a good idea. And his thorough decimation of them by (still) acting calm and classy was great. I envy that level of patience.
-Anytime the camera cuts to Amber’s face, my eyes gravitate towards the shit emoji so I don’t have to look at her face. That’s how you know how low of regard I have for her.
-I learned Johnny Depp doesn’t watch the movies he’s in. Can somewhat relate in regards to my own stuff. Unless it’s to look or fix any mistakes.
-Amber Heard’s lawyer objecting to his own question was pure LOLs. You can spot Johnny almost wanting to laugh with an arm held up when it happens.
This thing’s still going on? And still giving us little nuggets to LOL at to boot?

Amber is a liar and her story keeps changing, she’s a terrible actress who deserves to not only lose her career but also face jail time for false allegations and for wasting court and police time. She’s an awful woman and I look forward to her never working again
this is like saying “umm.. you’re lying about being robbed at gunpoint because a guy in the news was robbed at gunpoint yesterday :// you just copied the case obviously”
So you want to know something, Johnny bought the rights to this story after they split up, before she ever came forward about being sexually assaulted.
Amber has a habit of stealing stories from people, her old assistant was raped, Amber stole the story and claimed it happened to her.
She even stole his mother’s suicide attempt and claimed it was Johnny who tried to kill himself with pills.

But Amber claims Johnny took a square glass vodka bottle and raped her with it, she claimed she was bleeding so heavily there were trails of blood, she lost control of her bladder. And yet didn’t know he was assaulting her with a bottle and though he was just punching in the pubic bone over and over. If you have ever been sexually assaulted then you would know the difference between something being forced inside you and being hit outside your body.
The bottle on the right is the one she claims he assaulted her with. No way in hell could she have survived this attack without medical intervention and she never once went to the hospital for it. She claimed her feet were cut to ribbons on glass on the floor and yet 3 days after the alleged attack she was dancing ballet with no issue and no visible injury.
Now back to Virginia Rappe, she died from the injuries she sustained from the same kind of attack and she died quickly after the assault. Nearly all of it is the same, down to the mention of lose of bladder control and trails of blood. Nothing Amber says has media records or even the photos to back it up, let alone the logic of it doesn’t add up.
You are so blind to that and honestly only seem to believe her because she’s a woman. She can’t even produce a single tear when talking about anything, as soon as she is done with her monolog she calms down and goes on. She doesn’t stay worked up, and before you say it, yes I am well aware that there is no one way for a victim to act but when you have to relive one of the most traumatic moments of your life you aren’t going to calm down immediately after you finish talking about it.

Recently a judge has ruled in favor of The Sun by openly stating that they weren’t going to rule against “something that’s true”. Despite mountains of damning evidence against Amber Heard, the court has decided to rule against Johnny Depp based on her word alone. Warner Brothers has also decided to add to the cruelty by re-firing Johnny Depp from his role as Grindlewald in the Fantastic Beasts series, meanwhile keeping Amber Heard in her role in Aquaman, openly stating that “the evidence is irrelevant”. This appaling bias against male abuse victims needs to end! Johnny Depp had not only evidence that he was the actual abuse victim, but also had eyewitness accounts, and even an ex of Amber Heard had come out to confirm that she had abused them as well. As a victim of abuse myself I cannot stand idly by while a good man and victim of abuse is ruined by false accusations!! Please join me in the support of Johnny Depp and the #justiceforjohnny movement, stand up for male abuse victims everywhere and let the system know we will not stand for this!
