impulse posting! Kaz patching up Inej, ugh I love them!! this is my first time recording a digital drawing process, so hope you like it!

There were a few technical difficulties and the video was cut halfway through the sketch. oops. I’m too busy and tired to re-do it honestly so I’m just gonna share it like this! The goal for this sketch was to do something quick, without using refs or taking breaks, in order to get a clean quick screen recording of the drawing. I love watching other artists’ speedpaints so this was fun and cool to make myself!!

This was also very much inspired by the hundred of fics out there showcasing Kaz & Inej’s path towards healing and intimacy. fic writers, y'all are doing amazing!! :)

I’ve been wanting to draw something for this fic for ages; and there are so many beautiful moments to choose from! This hilarious endearing little moment stayed with me, though. It never fails to make me smile <3 hope y'all like it! and thank you all for aaall the love on my previous kanej drawing, I really appreciate it :’)
Kaz working through the complexities of braiding hair, namely, Inej’s hair.I’m just so weak for the Kaz- brushes/braids Inej’s hair trope, aAAAa. just thinking they’d both have an easier time starting with hair, and then Kaz and his tricksters hands are carefully crafting a braid as Inej guides him through it, him marvelling at the unreal wonderful feel of her hair on his fingertips for the first time…
Kaz is definitely a diva when it comes to his clothes and general edgy aesthetic, and I just love thinking of him taking extra care to press all the wrinkles away from his dear suits before carefully putting them on and straightening his tie. kanej who? now, that’s love.
I had the time of my life working on this Six of Crows Harry Potter AU, two of my favorite worlds mixed together! Thanks to the lovely writer of “something wicked this way comes” (here on AO3)@likefirings! I posted this piece of Inej and Kaz a while ago, but since the Shadow and Bone netflix cast came out I thought I’d redo it with the casted actors Amita Suman and Freddy Carter. It’s crazy how close the actors look to what I imagined when I first read it!
