Ms Marvel is such a cool character and it breaks my heart to see all the negative reactions it’s getting because of the power change(Green Lantern rip off) If it was so hard to make her stretching power look good on screen why didn’t they just make an animated show? This stretching power of hers along with being a brown muslim living in USA made her feel insecure and out of place. Throughout her story arc she finally embraces herself truly. If you focus on being Muslim part and change the power to sparkly constructs how are you being true to the character?A lot of animated shows are visually stunning. Look at Harley Quinn, Invincible, Hit Monkey and Arcane. All did tremendously well.
I will forever stand with my opinion that Ms Marvel would’ve been better as an animated show rather than live action. I will also suggest everyone to read the comics cause it’s 100 times better.
